The Gardens Hotel arvostelua

It was a great experience staying at Gardens hotel. Location and staff are great.

The window was not working well. So you can feel the wind getting in. Other than that, everything was great. Not as clean as you would want it but seeing the price, it's cool.

I booked a single bedroom just for a night. Very affordable comparatively. Got free wifi and all other amenities. Luggage storage available for an extra 5 pounds. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, room is decent, but the noice control is really bad, I could hear loud music from the street even when I have my windows closed. Also at around 9am the fire alarm ran and scared me out from sleep. The hotel charged £5 for luggage storage but what really disappointed me was the attitude of one of those managers. I was kindly asking if they could at least give me some kind of proof saying that I was the only one staying in - cuz I need to claim my expenses and trying to make sure my expenses match with my itinerary. The receptionist was kind and trying to help, but one of those managers just appeared to be so rude, with her face pulled up and said that - oh we can’t do that cuz we are not sure how many people you have brought in. I think that’s an insult - they have cctv to monitor, I was staying only by myself. And, at least, if they can’t help they just say they can’t, what’s the point of saying things like that.

A great location, clean, polite staff, good breakfast. It was exactly what I needed.

Our second visit to this hotel, we really enjoy the quietness also very clean and comfortable, we will visit the Gardens again soon

酒店最重要的是什麼,location 位置好,在Piccadilly對面。設施齊全,衞生也可以...衹是我的房間離電梯比較遠.

街の中心部に面しているのにも関わらず、部屋が思ったより広くてよかったです！ テレビもあり、朝食に関してはメニューから厨房に注文できたりと大満足です。

It was clean and the location was the best!!!

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed on the booking ask me if want room with windows 🪟 or without windows and price was different I chose the window one when I checked in at 1:10 in the morning the hotel staff told me I didn’t have any booking after lots of checking he gave me room and sad sorry want to my room and I was surprised 😦 by seeing the room and smell want down to let the hotel staff know but didn’t get the good response didn’t want to make a big deal out of that also wear very tired after a long journey but couldn’t sleep the whole night please doublecheck if do book the hotel and good luck 🤞 

Ich wusste, dass ich ein günstiges Hotel gebucht hatte, aber ich fand es trotzdem für den Preis nicht gut. Der Müll wurde während meines kompletten Aufenthalts (vier Nächte) nicht geleert. Einmal gab es nachts Feueralarm. Es war aber nur ein Fehlalarm, was vom Hotelpersonal allerdings nicht aufgeklärt wurde. Man war dann wach und wunderte sich, was das zu bedeuten hatte. Die Wände waren sehr dünn, wenn man also laute Nachbarn hatte, war das Pech. Im fensterlosen Zimmer war die Luft auch kontinuierlich schlecht. Die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte jeden Abend nicht mehr, ich musste sie täglich bei der Rezeption vorzeigen. Das Personal war allerdings freundlich und hilfsbereit.
