Awesome stay at this downtown hotel. It is located right at the baseball stadium and the outside area sits in the outfield area. The SNHU arena is within walking distance and there is a grocery store within walking distance too. Airport is about 10-15 mins away. The staff were all amazing and Rylee and Devin were great. Room looked right at the outfield of baseball stadium. Room was very clean and was very comfortable. Will return again.

The check-in was flawless with the App and the front desk. The location is in a great location right on the water and abutting a baseball field. Our room overlooked the field and the river so it was a great room to have (627). The place was clean and this is our basic, but necessary requirement. The staff was super when ever we inquired about anything and made a great recommendation for lunch. A great stay, and we will be back to explore more of the city.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, very close to the main street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it has everything we needed. Service was great, everybody was super helpful and nice. Good happy hour in the lobby as well.

Inflated prices, I paid about $470/night to stay from 11/17/23-11/18/23 (arrived around 12am on the 18th and checked out around 9:30am on the 18th) for a graduation, when I asked politely if they could comp the $19/person breakfast, the hotel front desk staff (Jaycee and trainer) and Hilton customer service representative supervisor (Mike) refused, as they require you to purchase breakfast separately with your hotel stay. I want to write a fair and accurate view, in doing so, I must say that all of the staff that I directly spoke to were very professional, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, I would NEVER stay here again, as the policies they put in place enforce making profit over being caring, understanding and hospitable towards their customer. Hilton's vision statement is: "To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality –by delivering exceptional experiences – every hotel, every guest, every time." That was NOT what I experienced whatsoever. The price of the hotel room was already inflated, yet they still prioritized price gouging over $40 ($19/person for breakfast) to make our stay better. I choose not to support businesses like this, book somewhere else, the other hotels in the area aren't that far from the university and likely show more care, consideration and hospitality towards their customers.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and still awaiting a response from the hotel I received a smoking in room charge on my account after check-out. First off, I do NOT smoke so this is interesting seeing that I received no notification of this issue and would not have received communication as I had to call and see what the charge was. When I checked into my room it did smell like musty old cigarettes but I didn't want to complain or cause a fuss as I figured no big deal, I'll be out in work meetings all day and really didn't need any maid service as it was just myself in the room. In hindsight I clearly should have complained and raised the issue initially about the smell in the room but I never thought I would receive a charge for smoking since I personally do not smoke and I would be the only one in the room. Still awaiting the response to reconcile this charge/issue from a manager as that is the only person that can adjust as I was told during my call to see what the charge was. Absolutely disappointed that this was first off charged without my knowledge, could not be remedied when I called early afternoon on a Friday, and still have not received ANY communication to the issue. Not sure what else needs to be said about my overall experience as this issue that I have not caused is still pending and the lack of communication is infuriating.

If you want a hotel in Downtown built in to a minor league baseball stadium, this is your place. However, it is pretty well worn, the carpet is fraying, the fabric on the chair is also in bad condition. There is no clock on the nightstand which limits you to one outlet in the lamp. The shower head is super high which is really nice. The hot water and water pressure are good. There appears to be a newer Doubletree and a Tru which are close by and look nicer and fresher. It’s just ok, don’t have high hopes and enjoy a ballgame if they are playing at the stadium.

Food was TERRIBLE. $20 for a nasty breakfast with premade items. Room was disgusting and outdated. Sheila the night audit was very rude. Saw management screaming at staff - even the GENERAL MANAGER whos name is Mandy who was rude and unhelpful. One of the mornings I was there no cook showed up for breakfast, so I was unable to get a hot meal for me and my family. Overall a horrid experience, seems like no one knew what they were doing - the only good thing they have going for them is the blonde lady who works mornings at the front desk.

Lobby area much more impressive than room, but room was comfortable enough. Bathroom was small but clean and well supplied. Found it kind of fun to sit on the restaurant patio and have a light dinner while watching the ball game until a ball passed by inches from my head. All said and done we would stay here again if we found ourselves in Manchester.
