Inflated prices, I paid about $470/night to stay from 11/17/23-11/18/23 (arrived around 12am on the 18th and checked out around 9:30am on the 18th) for a graduation, when I asked politely if they could comp the $19/person breakfast, the hotel front desk staff (Jaycee and trainer) and Hilton customer service representative supervisor (Mike) refused, as they require you to purchase breakfast separately with your hotel stay. I want to write a fair and accurate view, in doing so, I must say that all of the staff that I directly spoke to were very professional, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, I would NEVER stay here again, as the policies they put in place enforce making profit over being caring, understanding and hospitable towards their customer. Hilton's vision statement is: "To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality –by delivering exceptional experiences – every hotel, every guest, every time." That was NOT what I experienced whatsoever. The price of the hotel room was already inflated, yet they still prioritized price gouging over $40 ($19/person for breakfast) to make our stay better. I choose not to support businesses like this, book somewhere else, the other hotels in the area aren't that far from the university and likely show more care, consideration and hospitality towards their customers.
