In the vicinity of the hotel`s own beach is located the hotel Diamond De Luxe Hotel & Spa. The nearest shops you can reach within around 300 m. There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). On the beach are sun loungers and beach towels available. At the beach there is a bar serving refreshing drinks. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, internet access, a lift, a shop, a boutique as well as a hairdresser. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a heated pool, where pool towels are available for free. There is also a separate children's pool with 5 water slides. Furthermore, you can relax outdoors on a terrace. Inside the hotel you can use an indoor pool. You can store your valuables in the safe, and your luggage in the hotel`s storage room. I have to say high expectations of this 5 star hotel as I arrived reception were so unwelcoming no welcome drinks even though drinks were there in 40c so helped myself with two kids. The hotel Only speak German very little English spoken. Gave us the room key and put a bracelet on us no explanation where to go dining etc facilities NOTHING. I got to my room was lovely no welcome pack or info. First night terrible put us on the 3615 very loud hotel next too us like a night club. I did complain to reception and was moved to another room facing pool 3106 better was charged 50 euros I thought I could pay when I check out but they were so desperate for my 50 euros that they blocked my keycard after day 2 and demanded payment seriously so I paid the money and they unblocked my card . Finally found out about where to eat from another guest who spoke English. Pool great beach lovely drink etc Hammann great. Do not go barber very RUDE jewelers he’s lovely and supermarket inside . Food in main restaurant was wide choices most of the food was luke warm. The food variety was great at the beginning then was beef beef beef chicken got fed up was wanting lamb as I don’t eat beef. I spoke to the main chef after I complained he made me lamb on the grill. I was not told Had there was an outside grill. As the info I had was from another guest there and not the reception what a big let down I did complain to management and they gave me a free Ala carte meal Turkish restaurant food got lamb chops Shame over cooked can’t win. Overall hotel is lovely clean good facilities but the first impression was a disaster I saved nearly a year for this hotel. Would I go back no . Shame really would I recommend ? No as it wasn’t 5 star service. I read before rude staff a waitress told me they won’t buy lamb as it’s expensive seriously. Another staff told me as I asked ice coffee very sugary and basically telling me I would get diabetes thanks mate for that !!! My kids were fed up after wanting go home was there 10 days I don’t think all inclusive was great and over priced. Will do a hotel B&B or self catering.

Here is the review you requested: I recently stayed at the Diamond Elite Hotel & Spa and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is impeccably clean, offers excellent cuisine, and boasts lovely rooms (just avoid those with a pool view if you prefer quietness). The staff is incredibly helpful and polite, and I would like to extend a special thank you to the hotel manager for the outstanding organization of their team. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Side area. The food selection is huge, rooms very clean and large. Bathrooms also very clean. Most of the hotel guests are German, but I didn't notice that the staff favored this nation. I read the opinion of the Russians and I am surprised that they were treated this way. Maybe they are out of habit and think that they are the most important and only they should be the focus of attention? Unfortunately for Russians - this hotel treats everyone equally. We felt very comfortable in this hotel, we have no reservations about the food, animation or service. The only thing the hotel could improve was the number of sunbeds on the beach - sometimes their number was not enough. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel was the biggest surprise we experienced after regularly wisiting Turkey for many years. It is unbelievably clean, the staff is really friendly and helpfull and the rooms are just enough. No negatives. Highly recomended. Just keep this level. And thanks to Ugi I learned how to play darts, which was really nice especially on the rainy days. Thank you.

First of all if you are not German don't visit this hotel. Everything is relevant to German. During the accomodation we (group of 15 people with children) waiting for 6 hours meanwhile the hotel gives rooms to 40-50 new arrivals German. The staff didn't speak English or any other languages except German. The territory of the hotel is small. The rooms are big enough but no toilet accessories and the mini bar is restock only ones for 7 days. The animation if we could call it animation is look like a comedy show nothing close to animation. The food is good but no seafood except 1-2 fish on the barbecue. The cocktails are so-so depends on the bartender mood. Only good thing is the big beach BUT be prepared for sunbeds war. No available sunbeds on the small, small pool , they have only one pool , neither on the beach. The most disappointing was the attitude of the staff again everybody who wasn't German ( the tips didn't help).

1. Accommodation. Our bus arrived at 10 o'clock. We were told that check in was from 2pm. Two buses with Germans arrived after us and they were seated immediately. Since we are a big company, 16 people, we asked when they would give us rooms and why they were serving other people and they told us that the rooms would be ready at 2pm. None of the staff speak English, only Turkish and German. 2. The rooms. We were accommodated in rooms on the first floor, where the balcony is directly opposite the bar. When they start cleaning the bar at 7 o'clock it becomes impossible to sleep. They push tables, chairs, carts, etc. The rooms are located above the restaurant. At 7 in the morning it starts to smell like frying, so either the terrace must be open and listen to the staff, or closed and suffocating. 3. The staff. We were not served. Only the Germans. We had to call a waiter who was serving the surrounding tables 5 times, and he did not come. Finally we went to the bar and got drinks. They don't speak English, only German and Turkish. They started turning off the lights in the open bar at exactly 0:00 and made us leave, and they let one table that was right in front of our terrace stay until 1:30 and were served. To end up with! I would never come to this hotel again. We are here for the third day now, there is no animation for children and adults, there is not enough entertainment, it is noisy and the staff is unfriendly.

Its a great hotel,we love it,we had so much fun They afford so many food and each day somthing spicial. The room for familly was fantastic, claean.sea view. Every day were many activitis in the pool And a differant show in evening Full board...so besaid the pool drinks all the time

the most terrible hotel, with terrible service, I don’t advise anyone, they save on everything, there are few people with many sunbeds, the staff is very rude, the audibility is terrible, the rooms are only clean

Merhaba, 4 gün diamond de luxe hotelde 6 yaşındaki kızım ile ailecek tatil yaptık . Otelin yemekleri gerçekten çok güzel. Her insanı memnun edebilecek bir çok çeşit var ve hepsi lezzetli. Büyük büyük Dana şiş yapıp da o kadar yumuşak ve lezzetli yapan bir şefe daha denk gelmedim . Her gün dışarıda mangal beyaz ve kırmızı et üzerine vardı .içeride de Türk gecesi, Meksika mutfağı vs konseptler mevcuttu . Her ince ayrıntı düşünülmüş , muhteşemdi . Tatlılar çeşitler birbirine çok benzese de Meksika gecesinde çiroz yapmaları lezzeti müthişti , tük gecesinde tüm tatlılar çeşit olarak vardı ama sıcak sıcak künefe,lokma, halka tatlısı yapmaları gerçekten çok lezzetli ve iyidi . Çalışanlar güler yüzlü , odalar ortak alana kadar çok temizdi. Ortak alanlardaki WC’ler odalardaki kadar temizdi ve bir kere kirli pis hiç bir yere denk gelmedik. Otelin tek puan kırdıgım yani animasyon ekibi. Gerçekten aşırı amatörler . Bunca otele gittik ve hepsi iyi ve grup otellerdi, her gün havuz Cimlastiği yaptırıyorlar ama gerçekten çok amatör, çocuk kulübü pazar kapalı , normalde dönüşüm olması gerek ve her gün açık olmalı, çocuklara sabah boyama yaptırıyorlar değişik ilgi çekici aktivite yok he bir gün de kurabiye yaptırıyorlarmış , kuru kalabalık var aniamsyonda dışarıdan tuttıkları dansçılar başarılı ama başka bi eğlence ,eğlence duyurusu vs hiç bisey yok , çok şaşırtıcı ve bu kadar herseyi mükemmel bir otele yakışmıcak bir ekip, barmenlerden garsınlara mini barlardan snacklre çalışanlar çok iyi ve her şey hijyenik , balık alakart çok basarılı idi , çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü . Türk oldugumuzı görenler daha çok ilgilendi , otel yüzde 95 Almanlardan olusuyor , otelde ki fotoğrafçılar yabancılara yönelik çalışıyor , biz Euro maaş almıyoruz ama hiç Türk misafirlere fiyat ayrı değil hersey yüksek kurlar ile çarpılıyor , çok memnun kaldık kızk Aqua park da çok eğlendi , animasyon ve eğlence beklentisi olmayanlar gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirler , hersey için teşekkür ederiz diamond de luxe ailesi , ve sahipleri
