Calyptus Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

Amazing resort.Love it💞Staffs were very helpful and friendly especially Madiyar,Mustafa & Can.Room view was beautiful.

I'm currently staying at the Calyptus. Firstly the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms spacious and modern. The communal areas are very clean and so is the best part of the room. However being on a lower level balcony has meant that cigarette ash has accumulated on the balcony from other rooms which doesn't seem to be getting cleaned away. The food choice is also great, so many dishes to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as there being a patisserie serving coffee. They are a bit slow with drinks in the main restaurant. Now comes the negative, the guests. Our room being on the lobby floor of this hotel, every night well into 1AM children are running down the corridors. Guests are slamming doors, moving furniture and arguing or talking very loudly in the corridors right up into the early hours of the morning. I'm unable to tell if this is arguing as most or even all of the guests aren't English. They are also playing with footballs on the balcony next to ours at 2am. Not once has the hotel staff stepped in to stop the excessive noise from the children running or the guests shouting at those unfriendly hours. Around the pool the sun loungers are crammed in very tightly together. At the end of season I didn't expect to have to wake up to reserve a lounger. A notice says that 7:45 am is the earliest that you are allowed to put a towel on a lounger however at this time most of them are taken anyway as this is yet another thing the hotel doesn't seem to care about, they've put up a sign but it doesn't actually mean anything. I went to get a lounger around midday after having been out in the morning and 100% of them had towels on but maybe only 10% had actual people on them. Since the loungers are crammed in so tightly together, the walkways around the pool are like tightropes, one wrong move and you're in the pool. Especially since large families just stand around the sun loungers anyway blocking the path back to the hotel. My general point to this review is that yes the hotel looks lovely, but the inconsiderate bad mannered guests which is the majority and the staff that just don't seem to care, make it rotten.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the super friendly animation team who made every day fun and full of energy! The rooms were spotless and cozy, creating such a relaxing atmosphere after a day in the sun. We also loved the delicious food and refreshing drinks, with so many great options to choose from. And of course, the pool area was beautiful — the perfect spot to unwind, swim, and enjoy the sunshine.
