This hotel is amazing and I've stayed in lots in turkey and this is by far the best. All the little touches make this the best. The staff that made our holiday special was Ilyas from the beach club and Musa who looked after us and made our day in the Cabanna special. They are both very polite, hard working and always smiling. Thank you both for making our special holiday a bit more special. We will see you both next year

Always great fun to take part in the activities at Paloma finesse. Many thanks to Baran for the Boccia games and getting everyone involved. plenty of stuff to do here every day including volleyball, tennis, yoga and hot classes. Pool is lovely and the gym is a great addition too!

Everything about this place is just amazing. We had lunch several times at the Beach Club, we were served by Servan, who was just increadible. Servan was very very helpful, polite, and even went out of his way to being us Watermelon and drinks, without us even asking - just excellent service, incredibly friendly and has added to our fantastic holiday experience.

Our stay at PALOMA Finesse Side left an exceptionally positive impression – from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a warm greeting and welcome drinks. On our early departure, we were offered sandwiches and coffee to take with us – a small but thoughtful touch. We stayed in a Studio Swim Up room, which was very well designed – spacious, bright, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The terrace offered plenty of privacy, and direct access to the pool was a real convenience. A minor downside was the extremely cold floors and low-quality toilet paper, but these were small details that did not affect the overall experience. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, with areas well suited for both relaxation and activities. The beach is clean and well-organized, with complimentary sunbeds and attentive staff who bring drinks directly to your spot. The pool layout is also well thought out – the main areas are calm and relaxing, while the water park, located in a separate area, offers great fun for both kids and adults. Unfortunately, none of the pools were heated, which was a downside considering the season. The hotel offers a wide range of daily and evening activities. The entertainment was of good quality but didn’t interfere with peaceful rest. We enjoyed the spa and hammam treatments, although additional services were promoted quite persistently. One of the hotel’s strongest points is the staff – everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist even with the smallest matters. Communication via WhatsApp with the hotel staff was very convenient, with fast and informative replies. However, the official hotel app (at least on iPhone) felt unintuitive and had limited functionality. The food was excellent – a wide selection of healthy and high-quality options. We especially appreciated how well the hotel catered to small children – offering baby food jars, formula, and the option to have meat, fish, or vegetables prepared and pureed for babies. In summary, the hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating and is a fantastic choice for both couples and families. Considering the quality of the services, the beautiful environment, and the outstanding staff, this is a place we would definitely recommend – and we hope to return again.

The hotel is on a plus. The bars are also okay. The hotel staff is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, but some elements in the room need refreshing (for example, the grout in the bathroom). Sometimes you have to ask for the bar to be refilled, but there is no problem with that - you can contact the staff via whatsapp. The attractions for children are great. The water park is large with many attractions. The food in the restaurants is delicious. The beach is wide and clean. The gym is well equipped. The hotel shop is also very well equipped. We still have a few days ahead of us.

Five stars only on paper — in reality barely a 3-star experience We chose Paloma Finesse Side expecting a high-end, 5-star hotel — stylish, premium, and comfortable. In reality, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever had. Food is a joke for a so-called 5-star hotel. It’s the exact same thing every single day. No variety whatsoever. Tables are often dirty, utensils are sticky and dull, and plates come with leftover food from previous guests. Nobody cleans up between guests — it feels like they are hopelessly understaffed. Meanwhile, staff pushes a giant trash cart between tables to collect leftovers — while you’re still eating. Service is a disaster. The staff doesn’t speak English and clearly lacks even basic training. Dishes arrive randomly — some guests are served within minutes, others wait forever. There’s only one bartender at the bar, causing long lines. Cocktails are served in sticky glasses, sloppily presented, and the vibe is more school cafeteria than resort. Rooms may look modern, but inside — dusty corners, sand on the floor, and a clear sense that cleaning is rushed and superficial. Shampoo and shower gel bottles are always half-used, like they were left behind by previous guests. Towels are issued via a card system — and you only get one per person, which is far from enough. To top it all off — we found a cockroach in our room. That alone says everything about the hygiene standards. Pool area is lifeless. The pool is unheated, so guests simply avoid it. But what you will encounter daily are aggressive vendors walking from lounger to lounger, loudly pushing massages and handbags. Every. Single. Day. And finally — the staff attire. Baggy sweatpants and grey T-shirts, often wrinkled and stained. No sense of professionalism, no 5-star atmosphere — more like a budget hostel with confused employees. Bottom line: Paloma Finesse Side is all about appearances — a nice facade and website, but nothing behind it. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment and wasted vacation time.
