Exceeded all our expectations from start to finish 🏩🤩magnificent hotel & friendliest of staff who go above & beyond to help! Comfortable large room ,great food ,couldnt fault any of it .bus stop RIGHT OUTSIDE hotel entrance .highly reccomend 🧿🇹🇷🏩🤩🏖️🍹🎂😻☀️

Super hotel, we loved everything about it the staff were friendly and always helpful, there was plenty of choices of food and freshly made, we loved the stuff bread made freshly by the women on the beach, the room we stayed in was big and the bed was very comfortable, the entertainment was very good for a hotel. My wife loved the dance acts. We are definitely going to book next year

This was our first time to Turkiye, we just wanted away for a quiet break away from what's been a busy busy year. We booked the hotel knowing that is was slightly out of town so no complaints about location. There were little shuttle busses which took you to Side or Mangovat for €1 every 10 mins. Ideal. Hotel itself was very very clean. We are a British family and have absolutely zero complaints about the staff. They were terrific. Any previous complaints I'd read from British travellers was completely unfounded, so I can only suggest the issue was with their attitude. Not the staff. The hotel is very geared up for German and Russian guests. The majority of the families we seen were German. Not an issue for us. The food was perhaps slightly too eastern European for our taste overall, but there was still plenty to eat just slightly lacking for our 10yr old. However she managed to fill her boots at each meal. For what we paid we really enjoyed our stay. Overall I thought the hotel was very good. An area which I think will be booming in the next 10-15yrs. Plenty going on in Side and other towns. We'd return but probably only if travelling with others. Can't wait to go back to Türkiye though. This was a great introduction.

Zimmer extrem hellhörig, ich dachte der Nachbar wäre in meinem Zimmer wenn er gesprochen hat. Bedient wird man gerne, wenn Trinkgeld gegeben wird, ansonsten laufen die Kellner an deinen leeren Tisch vorbei, man muss darum bitten um bedient zu werden. Zum Spätfrühstück erhält man vertrocknete Pan Cakes die Kühlhunktion bei den Getränken wird ausgeschaltet, also ist der Apfelsaft warm, das Spätfrühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Das Essen allgemein ist nicht gut.

Das Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa ist im ganzen sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Die einzelnen Punkte die uns gestört haben und welche wir gut fanden habe ich unten zusammen getragen. Die Kurzfassung ist folgende: Das Hotel hat zu wenig Mitarbeiter, um alle Gäste angemessen zu betreuen. Die Anlage ist zu klein, wenn das Hotel zu 80% ausgebucht ist. Alles ist lieblos organisiert und nicht richtig durchdacht. Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Unserer Meinung nach ist das auch kein 5 Sterne hotel sondern ein 4 Sterne Hotel und dafür stimmt der Preis einfach nicht. Eventuell eine Option in der Nebensaison und weit weg von Ferienzeit, wenn der Preis stimmt. Die Langversion: Ankunft: Wir sind im Hotel angekommen und wurden nicht wirklich empfangen. Wir sind zur Rezeption gegangen und uns wurde nur ein Zettel hingeworfen und ein Stift, auf dem wir unsere Daten notieren sollten. Es gab keinen Lageplan vom Hotel und uns wurde auch nicht erzählt wo man was finden kann. Der Page hingegen war sehr freundlich und hat uns erklärt, wie wir zu unserem Zimmer kommen und dass er uns gleich oben mit den Koffern trifft. Zimmer: Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme größe, war jedoch bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Überall war Staub und der Boden war Fleckig. Das Bad war allerdings sauber. Das Zimmer insgesamt war sehr gebraucht. Alle ecken an den Fußleisten sind aufgequollen, die Schranktür von der Minibar hängt schief und die Klobrille war nicht richtig fest. Außerdem war das eine Conditioner Fläschchen schon angebrochen als wir das erste mal ins Zimmer gekommen sind. Das Bett hat eine gute größe (1,80m breit), war jedoch unfassbar hart. Meine Freundin und ich schlafen zu Hause auch auf Harten Matratzen (H3 & H4), diese Matratzen waren jedoch nicht zumutbar. Wir sind beide mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht, meine Freundin konnte auch nur ca. 3 Stunden am Stück schlafen und musste sich danach eine halbe Stunde dehnen und lockern, um weiter schlafen zu können. Wir haben unser Problem bei der Rezeption erläutert und haben einen Topper bekommen und dicke Decken. Der Topper hat sehr geholfen, war aber leider kleiner als das Bett (1,60m breit). Mit einer Decke über dem Topper hat es sich dann auch ganz gut schlafen lassen. Als entschuldigung haben wir vom Hotel eine Flasche Wein und etwas Obst aufs Zimmer bekommen. Nach dem ersten Putzen der Putzfrauen war das Zimmer dann auch akzeptabel sauber, jedoch immernoch nicht auf dem Standard, den ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte. Die Minibar war immer gut gefüllt und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war angenehm ruhig. Wir haben nichts von Zimmernachbarn mitbekommen. Außenbereich und Anlage im Allgemeinen: Die Grünflächen sind ausreichend vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Im Bereich um den Pool sind viele kaputte Fliesen. Man sieht, dass vor kurzen defekte Fliesen ersetzt wurden, jedoch sind immernoch viel gerissene Fliesen vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand ist schön gestaltet. Having now been home for a week, I now feel i am ready to write my review, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean, it's a shame that the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere as it leaves you confined to the boundaries. Our 2 rooms were very spacious and once again clean. 2 members of staff that stood out was the chamber maids Miriam who was very chatty and friendly although her English was very broken, she cleaned our rooms daily and always provided clean fresh towels. And not forgetting the amazing Hamdullih who works in the hotels restaurant in the morning and then in the pool side restaurant, he was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to cater for out every need, with drinks and i was so impressed when he invited us to his up and coming wedding. Every night we took a walk down to the beach and to see the friendly cats that love nothing more than attention. Water sports are available at the beach for a reasonable price. Now for my bad bits, I found the bed as solid as a rock, even the decorated pillows were solid. The entire hotel is more geared towards German families and we found that staff had extremely limited English with the accepting of one or two. The entertainment on a daily basis was poor and at one point I heared text messages sounds coming through the speakers like the music was being played on a mobile phone or youtube. On our first night we took a walk down to the beach, it was very scary seeing a group of around 5 to 6 blokes reving up a number of motorbikes, we didn't see those again though. I found the reception deck staff all smiles and friendly towards the German customers but when I spoke in English I found there tone and expression change and made me feel not as welcomed.
