Side Royal Style Hotel

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and here are a few details: Room (pool view): Bright and clean, with fresh linens, good amenities, and a minibar. The only small downsides were the lack of slippers and a bathrobe, plus an occasional smell from the bathroom drains. Restaurant: Great variety of dishes and very tasty food. The waiters were attentive, so no complaints here. Beach restaurant & bar: Delicious food with plenty of options to choose from — again, nothing to complain about. Drinks: Lots of choices for every taste. The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the wine. Pool & outdoor bars: Nice and enjoyable. Bar staff: Friendly, but many times I preferred to grab my own drink from the bar since it was quicker. Overall staff: Kind, helpful, and always willing to assist.

From April 29 to May 12 I had a vacation in Side Royal Style, 6 days of which we spent together with my sister. I would like to say thank you very much for the wonderful vacation that we had! Everything was wonderful! Special and separate thanks to the team of chefs of all the hotel restaurants for the incredibly delicious dishes! Vegetables, any meat, fish, sweets - really, delicacies! The food is very varied, always beautifully served. All the chefs at their stations work great! Thank you all very much! I would very much like to note the chef working at the dinner station with soups and baking pizzas and other things. Kadir Ozcan is a very friendly and sincere person, doing his job with great pleasure! Many guests note this. The waiters in the bars and restaurants come very quickly, everyone is polite. A very large and delicious lunch on the beach. It's even strange that it is called "Beach Snack"). An excellent and comfortable beach. There are always places. Very clean. The beach workers work very well, without stopping. A wonderful fruit festival and ice cream shawarma were on the beach one day. The restaurants in the hotel and on the beach often treat you to fruit cocktails. Guests are constantly pampered! Very interesting and pleasing to the eye design of the hotel: both rooms, restaurants and other spaces. All the details are thought out, and at the same time everything works perfectly. Very tasty and fresh drinks at the entrance to the hotel. You can always take an apple or cookies with you. All the reception staff work great! Receptionist Eda is very cute. Everything at this hotel is excellent and we must say without hesitation all the staff from front desk EYUP Always there to help ,and to the lobby bar where a very helpful young man Alpereengumuss as soon as he spotted us made a point of making us feel special always attending to our needs we think he liked to develop his English chatting to us a perfect gentleman. To the pool and a very special young lady ROSE from animation she encouraged my wife to take part in the aqua gym and although my wife was struggling to walk she absolutely loved it rose even came to the other pool to collect her pushing her walker round in her chair she made her the referee for the water polo rose is an absolutely lovely girl when my wife was not well she gave her a cuddle we must say Rose made my wife feel very special and made her holiday very special.We booked the Sultans Palace the food was outstanding we are not sure of the excellent waiters name but very very special it was the night of 21/9/24 and he decorated our table to a very high standard we loved it !!!!

Fabulous hotel,luxurious, very clean, friendly staff,lots of food choices there's also a coffee shop,beach bar was brilliant lots of sunbed,entertainment in the arean was brilliant.Can't fail to enjoy your here, in fact this will be our third year returning.

Best service was at the reception and the lobby bar. The lobby was the quietest and most beautiful area of the hotel. Otherwise, the entire hotel area was restless. The pool area was too small and there were too few sunbeds. During the week I saw one tattered drink list, otherwise I had to guess what drinks and cocktails they might have on offer. You couldn't get cocktails at the beach bar at all, the drinks were served in hot and wet glasses. The beach bar closed too early. Often the glasses, plates and cutlery were dirty. Breakfast had a good selection of everything. There was a wide variety of dishes available for lunch and dinner. Sadly I couldn’t enjoy these foods much because I got food poisoning or bacteria on the first day on hotel. When we went for lunch and dinner, the senior staff stood at the door, they never greeted or welcomed us. There were not enough waiters at restaurants and at the beach bar. They had to run like crazy to manage the understaffed shift. I felt bad that they couldn't work, as professionals really should!! The room cleaner was wonderful, I left her the best tips! The room was always cleaned well. The air conditioning in the room was installed directly above the bed, so the cold air blew directly into the bed. The bed was hard as rock and squeaked when turning the side. The drain in the room smelled every day, even though the cleaner did her best. The loud evening program ended around 23:00 - 23:30. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
