Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - All Inclusive

Spent two weeks in late September, in an Adult’s area Deluxe Suite. We came here before, a couple of years ago. We had heard that the hotel was due a refurbishment and we wanted to see what had changed, as we really enjoyed our last stay. Overall, the only changes that we noticed, were to the rooms. Wow, what a difference. I’m not going to repeat others descriptions. All I can say that we were very impressed. We loved the whirlpool tub on the large balcony; we could actually both get in comfortably (Unlike another hotel under the same banner). Wi-Fi was the best I have ever had and that was throughout the hotel and grounds, including the beach. Service from 99.9% of the staff was excellent, who were friendly and helpful. Where else can you go to reception, ask where the nearest pharmacy is, to be asked what you require and they will get it delivered to the hotel. That’s what you call service. We always went to the beach, as the loungers around the adult pool seemed a bit crowded together, plus the fact we had the towel brigade “reserving” the loungers at 6am and some before! So on the rare occasions we fancied the pool, most were “reserved”, but no one on them. So off to the beach we went, no problems there. Service on the beach was again brilliant plus the sea was warmer than the pool! The buffet restaurant had changed, with the food choices not as wide as they were on our last stay and were a little repetitive. Having said that, the food itself was very good and there is no way that you wouldn’t find something to fill your tummy. The waiters get to know you after a day or two, after that your set for the rest of your stay, with brilliant service. We only had one, after a shift change, who seemed to rely on others to do his work and blanked many waiting for tables to be made. We moved area and found our original waiter still in the outside adult area. Entertainment. We only went to see the main entertainment a couple of evenings; it’s really not our thing. However, we did enjoy both, one was a live band, who we liked as they played quite a bit of rock. The other were a group of acrobats who were quite breath-taking. Weather for our stay (last two weeks in September), was glorious. Mid to high 30’s. we both spent most of our beach time under the parasol and we both came back with quite deep tans. We used the Domus bus service to get to Side and Manavgat. So much cheaper than the taxis. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing two-week holiday. Would we go back…definitely.

We returned to this hotel having had a 10 day trip the same time of year in 2024. Beautiful Hotel , super clean and the service / people are outstanding . Evening entertainment was also excellent all set with beautiful views . Quality hotel and worth every penny . Will be back again in 2026 albeit Akra are launching a new hotel in April so might be worth a look also . Upgraded to the Suite and was a good choice .

We just spent 11 nights here and absolutely loved our stay. Every area of the hotel is furnished to a very high and tasteful standard. All of the staff are really attentive and it's evident that the standards of customer service are very high. Our room was spacious and clean, as were all of the hotel grounds. The standard of the buffet food was good and the A La Carte's were great as well. The team of singers were great and they had a good rotation of different bars that they played at. Sometimes they'd also play during the day at the pool which was nice. We must give Victor (singer) and Mdu (sax player) a special shout out - these 2 are absolutely incredible. There was also some really good groups that came in to perform at the club house bar. The local town is only a short bus ride/taxi away and is very historic with loads of shops and excellent restaurants.
