Fern Tree Resort

We had a very pleasant stay in Fern Tree Resort. The well designed building on a quiet place just outside Manathavady, provides a beautiful view over the valley with paddies. The location is perfect for day trips to explore the Wayanad region - they can arrange a driver for you. The big swimming pool, which is maintained on a daily base, makes Fern Tree a nice place and to relax and unwind. The food is very tasty, the menu has both veg and non veg items. But most of all it was Akhil who made our stay unforgettable. His calm and warm personality together with a service centered attitide is amazing.

Property, rooms, cleanliness, facilities and especially their customer care were exceptional. The view from the location and restaurant is average.

I had the pleasure of staying at fern tree resort with my wife, and we were overall very satisfied with our experience. One aspect that stood out to us was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. Akhil benny, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available with a smile to assist us with anything we needed. We were also impressed by the attentive service provided by the guy serving food, who ensured that we never had to ask for anything during our meals. Speaking of meals, we found the food to be good and enjoyed all three meals at the resort, which were included. The ambience of the resort was pleasant, and we found the entire facility to be well-maintained. However, it should be noted that the access road to the property can be a bit tricky for cars with less ground clearance, although it is easily accessible from mananthavady. Overall, we had a positive experience at fern tree resort and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hospitable getaway.
