La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa, ottima collazione con tanti varietà, il letto è grande e molto comodo, ottimo atmosfera dentro la camera, le persone di ricevimento sono molto cordiale e sorridente, sicuramente se torno a Bahrein andrò a questo hotel, consiglio per ottimo rapporto prezzo prestazione

Very polite and friendly and helpful staff special thanks to mr arif from sales department , he took care of us . I like the location its near to CITY and SEEF mall and everything is near to us , cafes , shops , resturant and also the sea it behind the hotel which made us very happy.

اثاث متهالك. بداية. من الاغطيه والشراشف. الي فوط الحمام. والشبابيك تصدر اصوات مزعجه. وفطور سئ تجربه لن اعيدها بهذا الفندق مع افطار. محدود. الاصناف. ولايوجد اكثر من هذي المواصفات مع العلم انهم يطلبون من العملاء تقيمهم اثناء وجبات الافطار ويحرجونهم

Check in should be at 3 but we get our room at 5 and not same what we book we choose sea view and pay for this but we get Air conditioning motor

The overall experience for the hotel to be honest is nice, but the housekeeping of the hotel is bad they just don’t clean the room well with leaving tissues, and when i request anything they either take so long or just don’t bring the stuff requested.

Overall experience was very good. Abdulwahab at front desk was very professional and helped me through everything . The rooms are very good and at a very good price and value for money. The food is really good as well. The staff are very responsive

Sadly housekeeping let it down. My dental retainers disappeared from the mug i left them in, i came back to the room after a long day of work and had no towels. I spent the rest of my stay with do not disturb on the door. Shame.

Breakfast was not worth it.
Refrigerator wasn't working nor safety box.
