位置十分優越，近巴林門，世貿中心。老城區逛街方便，周圍有肯德基，麥當勞，有一些當地的餐廳，吃飯很方便。遇到一個老咖啡店，懷舊的感覺。

We stayed there as family of three. The hotel is in the right place, the Centre of everything. The view from the top floor window opens up to both the gulf and Manama city. If you love Sauna, steaming room and Jacuzzi they have it but not for kids under 16 years old. And the last one and very important thing, the room was provided without bathrobes, only one towel, and not any toiletries. What a shame. It's not up to the standards you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Work on it please.

The room was out of this world. It was very spacious and clean. Also there was amazing staff to fill my every need. Espicially Daryl in reception, she was great and made my experience thst much better. Would definetly recommend and will be back!

My trip to Manama and this hotel was very good. Excellent location and pleasant staff, everyone speaks fluent English too. Had a pool, spa and massage service. Pool was small but quiet and we had the whole pool to ourselves at one point. Never had that before. The pool menu was limited and when we tried to order, both drinks we wanted were unavailable. That’s kinda poor. My wife had an issue with what appeared like little bites on her leg. Salim stepped in and apologised, got us free dinner and a very late checkout. He did all he could to make it right. Great guy with a real care for service and leaving a good impression. Can’t fault him.

Nice hotel until 10 pm - then at least my room on the 24th floor became a torture chamber. Nightclub music from the 25th floor was LOUD. I mean, so loud I could feel it. Even with headphones in trying to listen to white noise and a pillow over my head, I could hear it like I had speakers in my room set to 10/10. They checked me into the floor, knowing this, because it was the only non-smoking room. The music stops at 2 am, so if you don't go to bed until then it is a nice room. Lower floor might be okay. Then, on check out, I was asked to pay for my airport pickup even though my company was paying for the room AND their rep assured them and me that it had been paid. After 10+ minutes of the front desk not being able to figure out whether it was paid or not I paid it again because my driver was waiting. After the fact it turned out the hotel screwed it up. It isn't a one-star review because the hotel itself was nice. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good, room clean, bed comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Down town Rotana is excellent place to stay in Bahrain, Its in heart of city near Manama gate . All places are nearby and walkable distance. You can visit Old Manama Traditional market which is just a stone through away Lobby - Specious lobby and all staff are very courteous special concierge and Front desk. I would not forget to thanks staff Ms. Rejina / Shiham for their full support. Breakfast @ Flavors - 2nd floor amazing view of morning traffic opposite business harbor, having sumptuous food, many option for fruit , Juices, breads, dry fruits, over and above if you are Indian, you will not miss hot and spicy breakfast. Staff at Flavors are amazing , they escort you to introduce the buffet and always around you to giving amazing comfort thanks to team , Glenda, Sarah, Aufa.. We spent most of time in room, room are very neat and clean, room has Chromecast facility so you will not miss your entertainment a big thank you to Mr. Deva. If you are party man, you can have breath taking view Bahrain from 25th floor ALTO Lounge. Staying here for two weeks it feels like home with my wife Its absolute value for money staying at Down Town Rotana.
