I had to ask several times (I don't know, 5 maybe even 7 times) to bring me a water to my room. I was asking at the reception and I was calling. Next time I had to wait at the reception and pressure them to get something.
My room wasn't cleaned because i didn't put sign on my door but ther was no sign to put. I asked someone to clean it, he said he will start in 30 min but he's never showed up.
On top of that, a client from the hotel asked me if I'm alone or with my *****.
I complained about all of that at the reception but the manager didn't do anything. So if the manager don't care about customer satisfaction the client won't be satisfied. And there is no surprise that the people there behave like scumbags. But I was actually more frustrated asking many times for the same thing over and over again.
If they care they could propose free breakfast or a massage in spa or whatever else, just to show that they care. But instead I was ignored. Don't recommend.
