Woodrock Luxury Boutique Hotel
"We stayed at Woodrock Hotel from 3rd to 7th May 2026. The hotel overall was good, and the stay was comfortable in terms of location and basic facilities. However, there were a few service-related issues that disappointed us. The response from the reception and housekeeping staff was very casual. Whenever we called for any service, we usually had to call two or three times before anyone attended to it. This became frustrating during the stay. Another issue was cleanliness. On multiple occasions, we received stained bed sheets and towels, which we had to get replaced repeatedly. Room cleaning and housekeeping were also not up to the mark and definitely need improvement. We had also taken an extra bed for our 7-year-old child and were charged Rs. 1500 per day extra for it. However, only a mattress was provided — no cot and not even an additional pillow. When we requested a pillow, the staff told us that the Rs. 1500 charge was only for the mattress and asked us to adjust with the existing pillows, which was quite disappointing. The hotel has potential and the stay could have been much better with more attentive service and better housekeeping standards. However Restaurant was too good. Daily we had breakfast and dinner there, food was excellent and also all the restaurant staffs were very courteous and well behaved towards all diners."

We were given advice about the best tourist spots and adventerous activities and had our travels organised by the travel and activities organising team at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and it's worthy for the money we spent."

"Had the best time in Johnsons lodge & Spa. Once we reached hotel, we got a mesmerising view of Hills, and lush green garden with exotic flowers blooming all around. This property is one of the best in terms of natural beauty, cleanliness, customer service, food quality. Rooms are modern n stunningly done. We were a group of five so stayed in suite plus one attached room which was perfect for us. Rooms are spacious and elegantly done and fitted with AC, comfortable bed, sofa, working desk, wardrobe, fridge, microwave and all other comforts and amenities. The washrooms were spacious with bath enclosures and bath tub in suite, all necessary toiletries were also provided. Staff is well mannered and always ready to attend the need of the guests. We are thankful to everyone present there and all who attended us Sahil, Karan, Ganga, Sonam During our stay on weekend we also enjoyed live bands and music from some of the popular bands of Manali including “Shankh”. By far the most beautiful vacation i've been on for a long time. PS- please definitely try their in-house speciality Trout in all three flavors, Pizza, Mexican nachos, kebabs and butter chicken. I am definitely visiting again."

"Viime viikolla olimme Manali Heightsissa Log Huts -alueella, ja se oli fantastinen kokemus, kuten käynnissämme helmikuussa kolme vuotta sitten. On ihanaa nähdä, että hotelli on säilyttänyt samat korkeat standardit vuosien ajan. Huoneissa on kaunis laakso näkymä, erinomainen ilmanvaihto ja tuore vuoristoilma virtaa läpi, mikä tekee oleskelu erittäin viihtyvä. Herätys maaseutua joka aamu oli todella muistottava. Ruoka ansaitsee erityisen maininnanerittäin maku, hyvä lajike, antelias osuudet, ja kaikki hyvin kohtuullisen hinnan. Henkilöstöjä ovat myös hyvin ystävällinen, kohtelias, ja apua, mikä lisää paljon yleiseen kokemukseen. Hotelli tarjoaa myös mukavia vapaa-ajan vaihtoehtoja. TT-huoneessa on hyvin ylläpidetty pöytätennis pöytä, ja hotelli tarjoaa Badminton-rackets pelata puutarhassa, ***** muiden sisäpelien, jotka voivat nauttia huoneessa. Nämä pienet kosketukset tekevät oleskelu vieläkin miellyttävämpää. Yleensä Manali Heights on hyvä paikka pysyä rauhallisen Log Huts alueen, tarjoamalla maisema näkymät, hyvä ruoka ja lämmin vieraanvaraisuus. Meillä oli todella hauskaa oleskelu ja suosittelisimme sitä kaikille, jotka vierailevat Manali."
