We stay during 22th Dec to 25th Dec22 and hotel is under renovation but accepted the booking and payment. When we checked in then we got to know the facts. On spot I complained to customer care but they denied to cancel it. Apart from that hotel doors lock and hygiene issues were there. Dirty towels , bed sheet , blankets etc we are really disappointed with services as they should check the facts before accepting the booking OR if someone tell them the facts , they should acknowledge the same and reissue the refund to costumers .
