This is an extremely bad property. Before booking this hotel please note the following: (1) The owner/manager of the hotel will tell you it's 1.5 km from Mall Road, however, it's 3 km. (2) Hotel has added incorrect location of the property in Google maps to deceive people of it's distance from central Manali and may cause you inconvenience in reaching the property. (3) The staff is rude in general. Manager/ Receptionist is extremely rude and lack mannerisms in any form. (4) WiFi doesn't work properly. (5) Breakfast menu does not have coffee or eggs. They only serve aalu puri, upma and chai for breakfast. (6) The view from the property is below average at its best. (7) Getting an auto or cab from or near the hotel is a difficult task. (8) Tap in the washroom doesn't work properly and extremely little water is dispensed from the tap. (9) Room is basic. However, its clean and spacious and that's the only positive about this place.
