The hotel is more or less good, service is nice. But one disadvantage is that they provide heaters of lower ratings which is a problem for stay during winters.

The Reviews are so real, it feels like you are living in a burning hell They provide the worst service that one could ever expect, one’s expectancy would be failed to expect the kind of food you are served. The Room Service is as terrible as food, they don’t respect your opinion and simultaneously try to violate your decisions. They are digitally viable and weak, they refuse the continuous use of Credit Cards and other digital financial methods. They charge money for any aspect of service, as an example - you will be charged for asking to bring your dinner to your room. The Food menu is overpriced and food isn’t worth its price. I would claim my experience as one of the worst experiences of my life as a traveller. Thank You

We stayed here for 3 days and I must say the service this hotel provided is very good. Good food, quick service, friendly nature of staff. I would recommend anyone who is visiting manali in coming days / months should definitely try their service 👍

Great service and great staff mainly Suresh Rana was good person and given totaly satisfaction like good hotel Food was very good quality also room is great and clean Room service are too good Mainly in wash room gizzer is too good Almost best hotel in manali for stay
