"Definitely not a four star hotel ! Too big and too noisy! Rude receptionist on arrival. We were a family group of eight and it took forty minutes to check in. No help with luggage available and no trolleys available. Given wrong room allocations and two rooms not ready. Lifts regularly out of order. Rooms poorly planned and only superficially clean. Very good hairdryer in situ. Plenty of towels in bathroom and changed daily . Had to pay for use of safe in room however. No pillow or mattress protectors in situ . Three of our party of eight returned with bites from possible bed bugs! Food readily available in large quantities , but not of good quality. No fresh juices available. Main pool closed for two days during our stay because of faecal contamination. Whilst I am grateful the hotel regularly checked the water quality it did not exactly inspire you to use the pool with things like this happening. Aqua aerobic classes were excellent and I particularly enjoyed Victoria’s classes , The evening entertainment fell short! Plenty of loungers, but not necessarily in the shade. Staff generally are mixed. Some very helpful and some absolutely not! The Italian restaurant on site was absolutely abysmal with rude and unhelpful staff and dreadful food , some of which we couldn’t even eat ! Cumin or curry powder in lasagne and spaghetti bolognese is a new one for me! Undoubtably the worst lasagne I have ever had anywhere. Rowena a drinks waitress ( because the drinks machines were not working ) was the exception . She was hardworking and extremely nice. The female manager on arrival was particularly difficult and rude. The restaurant had very few people present so there was no reason why we should have been treated as we were or why they got the food orders incorrect. . They were just not interested ! If you want a noisy overcrowded hotel with plenty of water activities and mediocre food and rooms then it’s suitable , but we will never be returning."

"So let’s start with the positives The hotel is clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. The animation team work their socks off working all the hours every day to entertain the guests. The food on the whole is really good. Go premium as you will get a better room with a sea view and there is a nice premium area with its own pool area and bar area. The negatives Our bed was not comfortable with it being one of those two beds pushed together and the long cylindrical pillows were not comfortable. No music in the premium area Was it not for the animation team the entertainment every nice would have been sorely lacking. The animation team did Themselves proud Perhaps going outside the hotel after dinner May provide a better level of entertainment. There is a club opposite the hotel"

"Luulimme, että tämä hotelli oli hyvä. Se on paljon mukavampi kuin standardi 3 tähden hotelli. Huoneita ovat suuria ja puhtaita ja koko hotelli on niin puhdas ja viileä ja hyvin piilotettu. Kyllä, on askel! Jos sinulla on push-tuoli tai liikkuvuutta kysymyksiä tämä ei ehkä ole sinulle. Periaatteessa se on alhainen taso asunto-osat lähetetty mäkeä, joten et voi välttää askelja päästä joko uima-altaalle tai ravintola. Se todella ei häiritse meitä ja on vettä uima-altaiden virtaa keskellä, joka on kalaa, sipulia ja kilpikonnat. Siirtobussi ei voi vetää hotelliin, joten olet hylätty eri hotellissa, mutta se on kirjaimellisesti 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Uima-allas oli niin puhdas ja istua uima-allas ja on hämmästyttävä meren näkymä oli kaunis. Emme menneet koululomalle, mutta ei ollut koskaan auringonlaskua - ehkä koska oli hyvä yhdistelmä kansallisuuksia niin vähemmän brittiä auringonlaskua vuodelle 1. asia. Oli vielä auringonlaskuja klo 10.00. Kyllä, saat kupin, jonka pitää pitää juomia - se on pesetty joka kerta tai voit vaihtaa. Luulin, että tämä oli hyvä, koska ei ollut pillereitä käytetty kuppeja ympäri uima-allas. Pidän siitä, että on Esterella ja merkki pehmeät juomat tapissa. Emme halunneet esisekoitekokki, mutta voit saada lyhyet sekoitin ja sangria oli hämmästyttävä. Meillä on ruokaa - se ei ole kaikki laulaa kaikki tanssivat 4 tähden hotelli buffet, mutta on paljon vaihtoehtoa ja kaikki oli tuoretta ja makuista. Jos olet kusipää on aina pastaa, pizzaa, siruja ja salaattia. Beach on 5 min kävelymatkan päässä ja on kaunis kaivo. On myös alue hotellin vieressä, jossa on supermarketti, lahjakaupat ja muutama baari. Plus voit saada venematkoja rannalta. Kaikki kaikessa me defo menisi takaisin - se oli suuri arvo rahaa. Kiitos myös kaikille henkilöstölle, jotka olivat kauniita ja yöaika viihde oli myös hyvä. Kiitos Calas Park kaunis loma !"

Alua Calas de Mallorca Resort

"Me and my husband stayed for 6 nights all Inclusive. The location in regards to scenery was fabulous and there are bars and shops in close proximity to the hotel, however as a whole it is a quiet area and wouldn't be somewhere I would opt to take younger children. The staff were all extremely friendly, however upon check in we were just left to find our room with very little direction which resulted in having to go back to reception and upon checkout we were not asked about how our stay was. Just wrist bands cut off and told to have a safe journey home. The food in general was very tasty (the breakfast wasn't my sort of thing but I did manage to find something to eat every day) however the hot buffet food was not hot. It was luke warm at best but this did seem to improve towards to end of the week. But as I said the flavours were lovely. There was a an extensive selection of all inclusive drinks on offer, the cocktails were my personal favourite. The evening entertainment was hit and miss. Rooms were spacious and clean however me and my husband were in two single beds which wasn't ideal and also no kettle in the room to make an early morning drink and the safe is an additional charge to use which I have never encountered before. Overall we had a lovely holiday and are keen to return."

Apartamentos Playa Moreia

"Just got back from a lovely short stay in S'illot. Honest review, apartments were clean spacious had cooking facilities, nice modern bathroom. Sadly we noticed ants in kitchen area so didn't cook much after that and just kept food in the fridge. We didn't complain as was towards end of stay. Pool area lovely and overlooking the beach not too crowded. Didn't try the restaurant. The staff were polite but didn't go out of their way to be freindly. Room was cleaned while we were there and fresh towels. Bar area seems to need a little updating and corridors were a bit dark and depressing. We got a cheap deal and were happy with that. The apartments are in an excellent location opposite the beach and a great choice of restaurants etc. Will definitely return to S'illot a nice peaceful old fishing town not too expensive."
