"I originally booked a hotel in Palma, but it was canceled temporarily, so I booked this hotel. It is very suitable for friends who drive by themselves. There are enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. The scenery of the hotel is simply amazing. Looking out from the restaurant and swimming pool area is the jelly sea that tourists are after. It feels no different from other popular jelly seas. You don't have to drive to other jelly seas. You can get there in a few minutes' walk. Go to the beach and play in the water. The room facilities are average, but they are sufficient, clean and tidy, and beer is provided on the first night. However, like many Spanish hotels, there is no water refill, so you can buy a few more bottles of water to prepare when you go out. Overall, it can be selected into the Life Hotel Series. Although the hardware is a bit ordinary, the scenery is really amazing. I will consider staying here again next time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Globales America! Everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful sea view. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back again. Thank you for making our vacation so special!"

"Can't understand the bad reviews of this hotel, I had a lovely stay there. I booked a studio apartment with a mountain view, a couple of weeks before going, I emailed and asked if I could have a high floor and a walk in shower. When I arrived I was given a 6th floor studio with a walk in shower. On going out on the balcony I couldn't beleive it, it was a wraparound balcony with views of the sea and the mountains, it was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the barman always had a smile and said hola when he saw you, being a solo lady, it made me feel at ease. I only had breakfast there, which was very nice with plenty to choose from. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat."

"Vapaatarkistus Meillä oli kaunis oleskelu yleisesti, varsinkin kun otetaan huomioon tämä on 3‑star hotelli. Reception staff oli erittäin hyödyllinen koko vierailumme ja aina tehnyt asioita suoraan. "Varattu Jet 2 - hyvin puhdas ja ruoka on hyvä valinta sekä syödä lounas ja iltaruokaa. Uskon paljon huono palaute johtuu ranskalainen matkailija. Älä huoli hissistä on asioita nimeltä portaat! Hyvä valinta juomia ja itsepalvelu myös, ja lounasbaari pizza jne. Puhdistajat aina ympäri ja sivusto on tyylikkäät. Elämävartijat ympäri uima-allas ja koko uima-allas puhtaus ei ole ongelma. Se on puhdistettu aamulla. Kaksi hyvää liukua lapsille. Jos etsit rentouttavaa taukoa sitten tämä on hyvä valinta kohtuullisen hinnan. Beach juuri alas tiellä, joka on kiireinen mutta mukava. "Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. The staff were very professional and friendly. (10) Overall, very good."

HSM Calas Park

"Kaunis puhdas hotelli, hiljaisessa resortissa. Henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen ja apua. Oli paljon vaiheita, mutta ei todellakaan ollut kysymys. Huoneita oli tilava ja kaikki on hiljattain kunnostettu. Huoneita puhdisti päivittäin tuoreita pyyhkeitä tarjotaan. Uima-allas oli kaunis mutta erittäin kiireinen tällä hetkellä vuodesta. Erittäin vaikea saada aurinkoinen, koska aamulla brigadi on ulos varaavat ne, mutta runsaasti tuoleja. Hyvä valinta perusjuomia saatavilla kaikilla osallisilla. Ruoka on aina saatavilla monia vaihtoehtoja, mutta kuuma ruoka joskus hieman pehmeä. Kaikki yhdessä oli suuri viikko täällä."

"Firstly, I want to state that we have returned from our holiday today and, overall, we had a lovely time. The pools are great and, apart from the first day, were clean. The entertainment team are super talented — the dancing in the shows is next level and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them go on to Strictly! The rooms are okay, although they could definitely use an upgrade. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working after the first night, which was particularly difficult given the heat. One of the biggest issues for us was becoming unwell during our stay. I experienced sickness which we believe was caused by food, and after speaking to several other guests, we were told that they had experienced similar symptoms. This really impacted the latter part of our holiday and was particularly difficult as we were travelling with a young child. I appreciate that illness can happen on holiday and that it isn’t always possible to establish exactly what caused it. However, the fact that we spoke to several other guests who had also been unwell made us feel that this was something that should be looked into. Overall, we did enjoy our holiday and there are definitely positives to the hotel, particularly the entertainment team and the pools. However, with some improvements to the rooms, air conditioning and, most importantly, the food and hygiene standards, I think this hotel could be so much better."
