Très belle situation en hauteur avec vue mer. Le personnel est charmant, serviable et disponible. Le restaurant propose des produits simples, variés et frais. L'animation est top. Tout est propre. Un bémol pour les chambres au niveau de la réception, le passage fait que c'est très bruyant, même tard le soir après la fin des animations. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très propres, la literie excellente mais certains éléments mériteraient d'être remplacés (serrure, poignée de porte, fermeture porte fenêtre...). La plage est facilement accessible par un escalier, la baignade est surveillée. A proximité il y a un cabinet médical, pharmacie, location de voiture etc... une navette permet de se rendre facilement en dans la ville la plus proche.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est accueillant et disponible pour les client. Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles avec une très belle vue. La propreté de l'hôtel est très bien que se soit dans les chambres ou dans les espaces communs (sanitaires, réception, restaurant…). Les animations proposés sont simple mais accessible à tous. Pour la restauration le choix est varié et en abondance que ce soit en début ou en fin de service. Petit bémol sur les jus de fruits qui font très industriels et qui ont un gout chimique.

La experiencia positiva en general, de principio a fin. El personal nos ha hecho sentir como en casa; muy amables y atentos. Las instalaciones están limpias y cómodas y en la habitación hemos estado muy a gusto. El ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar.

Very nice see view from balcony .Food was very delicious,lots of choices fruits fruite de mar .short walk to the beach . Very helpful staff ,room very clean Food on late arrival. Animation staff was great . Can’t Waite to back again. Thank you

La verdad que siempre he pensado que lo viejo o pobre no tiene por qué ser sucio,pues en este caso es lo contrario,ni siquiera nos hemos quedado a dormir,si el pasillo de la habitación llega a ser más estrecho no pasa ni la maleta,habitación 217las sillas sin limpiar con algún pelo,la bañera pintada de hace tiempo por lo q se ve,el sillón no tengo palabras para describir el olor,los pulsadores de las luces muy sucios,la terraza me he quedado flipada de las malas condiciones,la programación no se ha cumplido,es decir desde las 16 hasta las 19,30 nada de nada,nos cambiaron de hotel , ubicación y programación,total muy mal

À éviter, je confirme les écrits des avis négatifs. Les chambres sont vétustes, sans finitions, un supplément payé pour une vue sur la mer qui ne donne qu’un petit champ entre les arbres. La kitchenette avec une bouilloire et un frigo sur plan de travail gonflé et cassé. La salle de bain est triste. Petite et pas très propre. La chambre est vaste avec deux lits d’une personne. Le bruit est permanent, entre la rue et les voisins du dessus…. Le personnel n’est pas désagréable il faut le souligner. En revanche aucun point de bien sûr la cantine. Ce n’est pas un restaurant. À tous les repas nous voyons les mêmes choses. Les viandes sont peu variés et les accompagnements pas du tout. Tout est salé ou trop sucré comme souvent sur une alimentation de mauvaise qualité. L’hôtel n’a pas les pieds dans l’eau. Il faut descendre et remonter environ 80 marches. Il ne faut aucun souci de mobilité. Clairement passez votre chemin, il n’y a rien à faire dans le coin. Si l’hôtel était sympa ce ne serait pas un souci mais ce n’est pas le cas. Les cocktails sont faits à la machine. Un goût affreux. La prestation n’est pas au rendez vous.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet établissement, L’équipe est adorable, chaleureuse et bienveillante. La nourriture est variée et bonne. Il y a pas mal de choix au niveau du All exclusive. Seul petit inconvénient les chambres sont un peu vieillottes elles auraient besoins d un coup de rafraîchissement et d une meilleure aération

Very good hotel, food delicious, view from balcony fantastic! Entertainment in the evening - for the french people. We went to two other hotels just down the road for entertainment in the evening, and also the Flip Flop Romantica which was just a fifteen minute walk away, had very good entertainment. Other than the entertainment issue our stay was very good.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre, personnel agréable, buffet bon en entrées et plats, décevants en fromages et desserts. Piscine non chauffée donc inaccessible pour nous à cette saison. Hôtel bien situé en bord de mer mais village non attrayant, rien à faire autour. Contents de notre séjour.
