Went there for a group dinner with friends. The 3 lobsters of my friends were not properly cooked...but one of the lobsters arrived after all of us (8) had already eaten...and still arrived mostly raw and was sent back to the kitchen (i saw lobsters from other tables going back to the kitchen, and please note that that is the most expensive plate from the menu)...anyway, the starters were nice, the cocktails were not bad...but the service was subpar, I felt really sorry because they have everything to do well (this coming from a tourism professional with experience in both Europe and Africa). After we have paid the bill and were about to leave, we remembered that we paid a deposit to book the table, and such deposit had not been deducted from the bill, so we went back to get the deposit, the staff were so disorganized, I think the owner had to intervene and we received the deposit back). No apologies from the restaurant manager. I really hope they invest in training they're staff, specially the expat staff...
