"Literally came back yesterday. Honestly the most beautiful and friendlist hotel i have ever been to. We had room 405 lovely. Had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to be able to eat anything but the restaurant had left us a meal with bread and fruit plate. So kind and attentive. The pools were amazing. We made some wonderful German friends. My husband had 3 treatments in the spa, i had a lovely facial on friday. Wendy and Katerina were amazing ( now facebook friends) We will be back thats for sure, we didn't even go off site we were too happy wandering around, although i will miss my cat i called Bobbin. It was hard to say goodbye yesterday. Always on the wall outside the main buffet restaurant and the bar outside with a bent ear. Will see you all again. Have a great rest, roll on 2026!! "The hotel is very nice, we weren't given the room we booked but they did rectify it , our room was nice,clean and good outside area, pool was amazing sunbed area excellent exceptional clean, breakfast was ok the breakfast lady was so lovely, night security guy was brilliant, bar staff very nice and polite, a couple of older members of staff a lady with blonde hair and a older man weren't as friendly, room cleaners were lovely and friendly , drinks were ok, cocktails not so good, food was very nice especially the club sandwiches and curly fries. Overall I'd give it a 7/10 there is room for improvement. But we enjoyed our stay!"

"We went on a girls holiday and the hotel was good, all the staff were lovely especially George who sorted out our room. To any girls visiting please be careful and come back to the hotel in big groups, not the hotels fault but had a dangerous experience outside walking back. The security guard and staff were all helpful following it"

"Minä ja 10 ystäväni jäin tähän hotelliin, lasten loma Maliassa sijainti oli täydellinen se oli noin 5/10 minuutti kävelymatkan päässä nauhasta ja se oli parveke ja muut kaupat 2 minuuttia ulos hotellista sijainnin oli hyvä, Hotelli itse oli hämmästyttävä huoneet olivat vakio, mutta he tekivät työtä mukava muutama sänky huonetta meillä oli 4 huonetta yhteensä kukin parvekealue myös ja olimme tyytyväisiä, miten puhtaat ne olivat ja se, että ne puhdistettiin joka päivä, jos haluat ne! Paras osa tästä hotellista kaukana on henkilöstö ja baari/keittiö, aamulla ajo-aika henkilöstö oli erinomainen aina kysyä, haluammeko ruokaa tai juomaa ja rentoutua vieressä valtava kaunis uima-allasalue, He olivat huolellisia ja tehtiin meistä hyvin mukavia jopa ensimmäisellä päivänä! Toinen huuto iltahenkilökunnalle cocktailit olivat hämmästyttävät ja palvelu oli suuri ne olivat sekä super ystävällinen ja hyvin chatted ja me kaikki nautimme puhua heille super ystävällinen super jäähdytys erinomainen iltahenkilökunta! Myös massiivinen maininta keittiössä ja jokainen joka kerta, kun tilasimme ruokaa se oli täydellinen se maistui hämmästyttävä oli erittäin nopea ja tehokas ei voinut pyytää parempaa yhdistelmää hämmästyttävät baari ja keittiö henkilöstö sekä aamulla ja yöllä Suosittelemme tätä paikkaa, että nautimme todella aikaamme siellä!"

"The hotel pool and restaurant were stunning; I can't deny that. The breakfast buffet was absolutely lovely as well. There weren't as many options at dinner, but it was still okay. That's about all this hotel has going for it, to be honest. The hotel really is in the middle of nowhere with the nearest shop being a 15 minute walk up hill with no foot paths (not ideal in 35° heat). There really ought to be a shop within the hotel premises. The hotel has a strange layout. Upon arrival, we were shown to our executive room, which was the furthest from the hotel pool and restaurant. Initially, the room seemed modern, but it lacked certain basic necessities that you would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was no full-length mirror, the curtain was not large enough to cover our terrace door nor were they blackout curtains, and the air conditioning was not great and could only be used while we were in the room as it required a special metal key to activate. Room service was not great either. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect it every day, but we only had it 3 times during our 7-day trip. Towels were an issue as well. On the day of our arrival, the wet room shower flooded due to inadequate drainage, and we had to use our towels to clear it up. Later the following day, while I was walking through reception, I was rudely beckoned by a lady with glasses at the reception desk. "You, girl, come here," she said. She asked me what she was supposed to do with a bag of our towels, insisting she couldn't clean them (they were perfectly clean, just wet). I explained that our shower was broken, and instead of sending someone to fix it, she told me to inform someone else. This was extremely uncomfortable, as it happened in front of other hotel guests. This same lady also had a heated altercation with who I assumed was her young son right in the middle of reception. He stormed out of the hotel and sped off on his motorbike. This should not happen I don’t of paying hotel guests. In this hotel, you charge items to your room. Every time I went to the bar to do so, the staff would laugh among themselves about what I had said, almost as if there was some sort of inside joke. Although I found most of the staff to be passive-aggressive, the older lady with dark hair, who said she was in charge of the restaurant, and two other young girls were very lovely and nice to chat with. Check-out is at 10 am. This was not clearly advised anywhere apart from in the lengthy book in our room with hotel information. We headed straight to reception at 10:30 am after realising that check-out was at 10 am, as we had assumed it was the standard 11 am. This is very early, considering that on the days room service did arrive, it wasn't until after 3 pm! We were then charged a €10 late fee, even though the book stated €7. "We wanted to go somewhere with a nice private beach close to the hotel but also not too far from the city, and this was the perfect place! The staff was very nice, the food was good, we had a good stay!"
