"The location is great, close to the lake. The hotel grounds are fantastic, with lots of greenery and a beautiful view. The reception staff was very friendly. It was nice to see how well-treated the animals are. The room with a lake view wasn't what we expected at all; it didn't match the pictures. It was very cramped, with only a bed and no other space. The only other space is a huge second-floor terrace, but it's unclear what it's for or how it's used. The sound was 100% clear, and every conversation was easily heard. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was so hot that we had to open the windows and listen to hotel music until 11:00 PM. The rooms were worn out, and the bathroom doors barely closed. The breakfast was decent, but the space was incredibly tight. For some reason, the staff kept approaching everyone at breakfast and offering different dishes, bringing freshly squeezed juice, etc., while we had to make our own coffee and ask for fried eggs."

"If there were a rating higher than 10/10, I would give it without hesitation! This beautiful guest house gave my wife & I a truly authentic Italian experience in the heart of Malgrate, overlooking stunning Lake Como. The artistic touches, elegant Italian design, perfect location, and warm hospitality made our honeymoon even more special. Mr. Giorgio was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely preferred this charming place over any hotel. It truly deserves its 10/10 rating and more. I would like to thank Mr. Georgio in Arabic: شكراً جزيلاً على الاستضافة واهنيك على هذه الشقة الرائعة .. تحية من مملكة البحرين 🇧🇭"
