All is OK!

The quality of this hotel is appalling walls are paper thin and the other customers where rather aggressive and angry towards us at an English family I don’t Recommend the only decent thing about this hotel is the bar staff and the hot tub. Don’t waste your money.xxx

This hotel was a lot better than I had expected having read other reviews. We arrived late at night and were able to have pizza in the bar for dinner. The food was just OK but was as expected for a late bar. The staff in the bar were all lovely, especially Uriol who went out of his way every day to serve guests with a smile. The pool was very cold but that was probably down to the time of year. The atmosphere around the pool was nice and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our towels were changed and the room cleaned daily. The only thing which would make me question going back is the noise level. The walls are so thin we could hear our teenagers speaking at a normal volume in the next room, and the morning always started with hearing doors banging as people left their rooms. That would be my only complaint.

Just returned from my 3rd visit this to this excellent Hotel rooms are very clean and all staff are great food is what you make of it i dont do dinner as there are plenty of places to eat out on Seafront. Always found verybody very freindly and they did me a picnic lunch to travel home as my transfer bus left at 05;45

One of the worst holidays i have ever had. Arrived late due to plane delay but no food waiting for us , instead we were offered someone elses left overs or go hungry. would not give us glasses for our room and was told to use the ones that were in the bathroom directly above the toilet. staff are grumpy and rude , drinks are over priced and you are charged for the wifi.
