我們的房間有很棒的海景，每天早上打開陽台門心情舒暢。賓館的總體設施確實需要更新提升了，服務人員非常友好，食物基本可以的。每天晚上音樂聲要到11.30左右，對於習慣早睡的人那裡不太友好。 對於我所付的房費，我不能要求太高。總體滿意。

There’s room for improvement. The room was ok, but beds need new mattresses, because existing ones are uncomfortable. Also the rooms could do with updating as they look like the mid 80's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food could be more varied and not so subject to the taste of the English guests. What bothered us was that English guests would get drunk in the evening and there wasn’t any quiet over the night on the balconies as well as on the streets around the hotel. I know that hotel stuff can’t do anything against uproar in the streets, but they could put up signs that guests should keep noise down or that the hotel must be quiet between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

DONT STAY HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY The worse hotel i have ever stayed in my life….. Absolute ridiculous… dont pay for breakfast or half board meals are like homeless people offering meal waste of money %1000 i have booked half board i even had to pay for a drink of coke dont waste your money it doesnt worth £20 a night … i was going to wash my face water colour was like a pee 😫😫😫

À éviter Dans un ordre général, je suis déçu à plusieurs points de vue. À la première secondes où je suis entrée dans l’établissement, l’accueil fut terrible et pas du tous invitante. Aucune, mais quand je dis, aucun air climatisé n’a fonctionné et la chaleur était terrible. J’ai pourtant demandé à plusieurs reprises de venir vérifier, mais chacun semblaient ne pas vouloir m’aider. Après plusieurs demandes, ont m’a finalement dit que c’était ça qui était ça (ne fonctionnerait pas). De plus, un check-out a 10:00am, pour moi, c’est inacceptable.

Decepciónante Hotel muy antiguo,camas separadas. Toallas dos muy pequeñas. Balcón que da a un descampado. Cucarachas en la habitación. Nada de limpieza. Comida escasa.

El hotel sencillo y aunque es antiguo estaba limpio y personal muy amable...el bufet justito pero un poco de todo, en general bien...si lo modernizan y mejoran dejara se tener un precio razonable

Won't allow me to give all detailed. Male receptionist threatened my 14 year old autistic son and we left and flew home within 4 hours at resort. Lost so much money and no refund. Hotel won't take responsibility for these staff being aggressive towards families and kids Stay clear we might as well have threw £1700 away

Just got home from a week at the Planamar. Yes the hotel is dated but we found it to be fine. The rooms were cleaned every day and if we wanted fresh towels we just left the dirty ones in the bath. We had a pool view and had the luxury of a sea view too. The walls are thin but they are not unlike any other hotel. We stayed all inclusive. The food was mostly the same but you have a daily change to one of the mains. We found the food perfectly edible and nice. One downside is it wasn’t as hot as we would like so 30 seconds in the microwave and it was done. The drinks were good too. Estrella on draft and local spirits. Cocktails from a machine. The drinks were made very strong at times. The location is perfect close to everything you need. There was some late night noise but this was out of the hotels grounds. All the staff were brilliant and worked really hard. Overall don’t expect the ritz it is a 3 star and a good one too.
