我們的房間有很棒的海景，每天早上打開陽台門心情舒暢。賓館的總體設施確實需要更新提升了，服務人員非常友好，食物基本可以的。每天晚上音樂聲要到11.30左右，對於習慣早睡的人那裡不太友好。 對於我所付的房費，我不能要求太高。總體滿意。

Awful food. Needs review of mealtime system as last sitting food inedible and not much choice. Who wants to eat so late in the evening. Staff taking away items left on tables when going to fetch other items in the restaurant. Broken coffee machine so none available all day in bar area, and often not working in restaurant. 30euros for safe plus a 10euro deposit bit expensive and old fashioned key safe so you had to keep key with you. Fridge hardly cold at all. Curtain rotten and ripped when tried to close it. Rickety shutters and windows. No balcony table. Shower in middle of bath, very awkward to use. Hand basin blocked and reported but no one came to fix. Only 1 comfy seating area and seating dirty and old. Music around pool too loud and repetitive. Good things - location, garden and pool area.

My boyfriend and I just got home last night and had the most amazing time at the hotel! When we arrived we were given a wrist band to show we were all inclusive, had all the information given to us from the receptionist who were amazing, and friendly. Food the whole 10 days was amazing, room was clean and got cleaned everyday we requested, could get clean towels when we wanted. every night the main meal part was different but repeated chips, pasta and salad. one thing was the sound but we asked reception to let the room above us know they were being loud n and when they did it stopped the rest of the time we were there. the bar staff were my favourite! made us laugh every night, even one of them told my boyfriend they loved him and we laughed allot. the best holiday i have ever had and definitely rebooking it next year! thankyou htop hotels for an amazing holiday

THE HOTEL IS A DISATER. RECEPTION STAFF RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. OUTDATED ROOMS. SQUEAKY BEDS. SMALL BALCONY YOU CAN'T USE. SMALL COMMUNAL AREAS. REALLY SMALL POOL. YOU ARE ALLOCATED A SET TIME TO EAT. LONG QUEUES. LIMITED FOOD CHOICE. DRINKS CARD TO EXCHANGE FOR PLASTIC BEAKER. YOUR ONLY SAVING GRACE IS LOVELY LOCATION FOR TOWN AND BEACH. TWO REALLY GOOD RESURANTS TO USE ARE ANTIONA AND SANCHO PANZA. ALSO GOOD TRAIN SERVICE TO OTHER AREAS.

We went for holiday in July , first impression from outside beautiful hotel but then comes disappointment- so so dated rooms ( dark and sad looking with 1 charging socket only in room and one in bathroom) , dirty bathroom, long queues every meal time - repetitive menu . We stayed for a week and if I have to compare with hotels all round the world we been - sadly disappointing experience it was by all . Staff tried to do they best and I feel for them as really the hotel owners should be ashamed of selling this hotel to all holiday makers. Sadly felt that they didn’t care much what experience will be felt by all and it’s not cheap especially for families. Pool was great , but first come for sun beds then you have them otherwise if you up at 10am - no chance getting one . Located on beach front and lovely walking promenade that was bonus and loads bars restaurants round to enjoy. Train station 5 min away perfect to explore Barcelona- that’s so easy to use and great commute without any problem. So location wise it’s great trains run every 30 min - perfect. Blanes botanical garden one train stop away - we did day trip that was great and so easy to find .

Lleguemos al hotel a las 6 de la tarde más o menos nos dieron la habitación dejemos las cosas y bajemos abajo a tomar algo y a cenar(ya que el horario de comidas es muy pronto) después directamente nos fuimos a pasear por la zona y a comernos un helado al llegar a la habitación a las 12 y media más o menos de la noche la otra pareja nos dijo que vieron un raton en la habitación estuvimos hay hasta que lo vimos corriendo por toda la habitación total bajemos a recepción a decirlo el hombre de la noche de malas formas nos dijo que bueno que subía pero el que IVA a hacer( mejor no ubiera subido fue entrar en la habitación decir yo no lo veo se abra ido,que quieres que aga yo) la cosa es que le dijimos que cambiarán de habitación pero el no podía hacer nada según el claro. Total ninguna solución estuvimos hasta las 5 casi intentando sacar el ratón imposible al final no nos quedó más que dormir los 4 en la otra habitación doble como pudimos(resumen un finde que era para pasarlo bien los 4 fue estar toda la noche buscando el ratón y no dormir. A la mañana bajemos a recepción echos polvos de no descansar a decirlo a la jefa y su solución es que el hombre era nuevo cosa que no me creó ya que era muy mayor y que nos dejaba la habitación hasta las 12 o 1 del mediodía cosa que ya no hacía falta nos habíamos despertado y ya no ser ia aa y una bebida gratis de grifo que sabía a polín se me olvidaba, subrealista, ya menos a Destinia nos dijo que pusiéramos una reclamación escrita y eso fue lo mejor eyos pusieron que el hombre de la noche no eya ni la de la limpieza habían visto al ratón. El de la noche no lo vio porque no miro eya si lo vio porque le enseñemos fotos y videos que se puso roja de la vergüenza y la de la limpieza pobre supongo que no lo vio cuando no tienen ni tiempo de limpiar. Porque otra cosa es que la otra chica es alérgica al polvo y el aire acondicionado tenía una de pelusa que no podía ni respirar tengo fotos de todo así que mentira no es ojalá lo fuera y ubieramos pasado un día bueno. Una pena todo la verdad porque nosotros no somos de quejarnos si al decirlo el hombre de la noche ubiera cambiado esa habitación se acabaría todo ubieramos dormido bien y ya esta pero al final una habitación no la usemos y la otra si pero para dormír si se le puede yamar así fatal y 4 horas ya que a las 10 havia que dejar la habitación.

Awful rooms - very old fashioned, dirty and dismal. Rude and obnoxious staff, food is better quality at homeless shelters. So bad I paid an extra £1000 for 5 nights at a neighbouring hotel. I'd give this place a zero rating if possible but unfortunately had to give it 1 star.
