Avoid! My Wife and I booked a holiday through Wowcher Mystery Holidays for our Honey Moon. We are really basic travellers and normally do not care where we are placed. However, this hotel is a definite exception to that rule. When we were dropped to the hotel. Be aware that you will not be dropped to the front, you are dropped to the rear and expected to find your way. On arrival at the hotel, the person at reception greeted us fine, and congratulated us for being newly weds but there was no offer of a complimentary drink, which I know isn’t mandatory but would have been a nice offer. There was the audacity to put us on the first floor with a rubbish view over the carpark at the back of the hotel, on a floor shared with all older children. It costs 0.66 cents per person, per day for tourist tax. For 3 days and 2 persons we paid €3 euros something which was decent. I’m afraid to say that the look of the hotel is probably the only thing that is attractive. The pool looks clean and tidy with plenty of pool chairs around the side. There are plenty of tables and chairs outside and near the pool for you to eat and drink on. There is a pool table and other small play machines for a small cost inside the hotel. HOWEVER……………. The hotel does not deal with older children running through the hallways, bouncing balls in the hallway, screaming in the hallways, kicking, knocking on doors (including ours) and playing music ridiculously loud, all done at stupid o clock in the morning, mainly until 2am where it started to settle down. We are both 28 and like to party but the hotel would clearly have heard the noise and did not take any action to deal with it which is completely unacceptable. Our sleep was disturbed on all 3 nights. The hotel was overrun with children’s groups, I’m not sure whether this is the case all of the time or just when we went for something like a football tournament? ( we went in April, just before the season kicks off) The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear a conversation from sitting in your room. The rooms are very poor quality. We had two single beds pushed together with paper thin sheets as our bedding (it was cold at night). There are only two socket points, one single point above the headboard and one in the bathroom. No hairdryer is provided. The bathroom is very small. The beds are made daily and new towels provided with bins emptied. Our room was clean and tidy but not modern. The balcony is tiny, there are only two chairs on it, but when you open the blue shutters on arrival you have to squeeze through to move the chair and try and open the shutters which isn’t very safe or practical. We did not try the food at the hotel and on reading other reviews on our last day, because of the issues we experienced, we have realised that we are not the only ones to have experienced a nightmare holiday! The food reviews from other persons aren’t positive in the slightest. We asked the female receptionist
