Nice hotel The hotel was great, we were half board, breakfast ok, dinner was good. The well-being centre was quite expensive and is not included in your stay, so take this into account.

We chose this venue for our wedding because of the beautiful setting and facilities. We wanted to accommodate family and friends too. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, especially Valentina who was informative and communicative throughout the months leading up to our big day as well as during our stay and for the wedding day itself. The manager, Luca, was exceptional in making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were explained on the day of arrival and check in was simple and quick which was welcoming as we arrived very late. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean and comfortable, they also smelt fresh and amazing. Towels, robes, slippers and flip flops were provided as is stated on their website. We had the most amazing view of the lake from our balcony which is one of the biggest selling points of this hotel. Family members booked to use the spa, which included a steam room, sauna, ritual shower and jacuzzi. There is also an outside sauna that looks over the lake, which is out of this world. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake but this was cold so we didn’t use it, maybe because it was out of season. The garden is well kept and clean and a great place to just relax and switch off. The hotel offer a shuttle bus service to the nearby town which was very much appreciated and used by us all as the town is a beautiful place to visit. Our wedding day here was the best that we could ever wish for, amazing food, attention to detail and again, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a spectacular place to stay and worthy of its 4* (the only downside, was that the coffee in the rooms has to be drunk from a paper cup, we would prefer proper mugs or tea cups).
