Facilities in the resort were good. Staff needs to be more professional. Stay was good. Worth staying only once. They had weird check-in time of 4 pm. Nothing much to explore near by. Kids safety has to be taken care of. Many places are unprotected even at the room entry

Overall nice experience. Food was awsome. Staff was very cooperative and prompt. However, the pool was not filtered continuously and its a small pool. The visitors are not following the rules of the pool. The restaurant is nice, but the customers coming in big group behaving as though it is a fish market, same behaviour in the pool. Since the pool is very small it would be better to allot some time slot to occupants.

It was a pleasant stay, very calm and quiet nature friendly resort. Rooms service and clean very heiginic. Good helping and supporting staffs keep going

Sattva is one of the most comfortable place for one who can spent holidays. Good ambiance and we can experience a peaceful atmosphere. The infinity pool and and the surroundings are very beautiful and enjoying the one. Food quality and taste is superb. Thanku for making our holiday most memorable one.

A nice remote resort experience. Good hill view, nice helpful staff, good food, hilly road terrain drive, nearby few good tourist spots, pleasant climate, nice pool to enjoy, wellness studio, health club etc…

I was quite disappointed with our stay last weekend ( 20th-21st April 2024) in this property. We have booked 4 rooms and we were 9PAX with 4 children in that. We got decent rooms with nice balcony and it was very close to the Pool. We checked in at 4PM and while checking in the receptionist told us about “Booking the 1 hour slot in the pool”. When I asked him to clarify , he said that every family, like 9 of us, can use the pool only for 1 hour as we are giving it to every families in the property for 1 – 1 hours .. It was quite strange as I thought I have never seen this in any resorts. I refused and didn’t book any slots… The real problem didn’t start there. Around 6PM we were going to pool with Kids and there were about 15 Batchelors playing in the pool.. They came to us and told that till 6:45 is the slot for them and they requested us to come at 6:45. Then I realised the point what the receptionist told me and also realised that this property has 3-4 dormitories where 20-25 people can stay together. I went to reception and they said only at 8 we can use the pool for 1 hour. I came back to room and from 6PM till 8PM the whole pool area was a mess with loud noises , and all sort of stuffs which you will never anticipate in a “Resort”. There was a family from 7-8PM and they also made the similar type of play and noises like how others have done. I shouted at the reception and asked then if you know this is the mess everyday here why have you given the room next to the pool. In-fact they had no security. They guy who claimed who is head of security is the same guy who was serving meals. So they have 2-3 people there to manage the whole property where they have about 10 double rooms and 3-4 dormitories of 25Pax each.. so overall 100+ people and just 3 people and 1 20 feet X 20 feet pool.. What a pathetic situation.. & its not cheap too.. for 9 of us we paid close to 30K for just 1 night So whoever wish to come here, please be mindful that it’s a cheap set up ( Except their prices ) with dormitories .. And be ready for a mess before you come in. I added some videos too here to show you all how much mess it was.

Had a reservation for the family for 24 members.. But unfortunately, couldn't go and had to cancel reservation..they had guaranteed a complete refund within 5 working days... It's been one month now, and they have not refunded the amount, They are not even answering the call ...Very Very disappointing !!

We had a homely safe and comfortable stay with more than 50 people for group residents in the beauty of nature, they provide a wonderful services and good foods too . It was an amazing and memorable experience.
