Good hospitality!

Великолепнейший вид, поражает взгляд. Находится на скале, видны волны, бьющиемя о берег с панорамный видом на гору Агунг через море. Очень хорошо подобраны детали интерьера. Шикарный отель, инфинити бассейн очень понравился. Из минусов: вообще не понравился завтрак, не соответствует уровню отеля, кондер во втором номере плохо справляется. Вода в бассейне не подогревается

Прекрасное место. Однозначно стоит своих денег! Пожалуй это лучший отель в котором я был! Очень красивый вид с балкона! Есть всё необходимое, персонал приветливый и отзывчивый!

Royal Avila was incredible—easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Although we had activities planned for our 3-day, 2-night stay, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel. I highly recommend staying in and making the most of the fantastic facilities, including the jacuzzi, spa, beach club, swimming pool, and gym. Special mention to Lola, Hafizin, Lalu, and Abdul Haq for their amazing service—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I was completely captivated. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

Really beautiful hôtel. So calm.

Мы останавливались тут на одну ночь и во время дождя, но даже так мы смогли насладиться видами из нашего номера. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. На территории отеля есть вкусный ресторан и бичклаб у океана. На нашем болконе было немного грязи, но скорее это связано с сезоном дождей.

非常適合度假！酒店衞生很乾凈，環境特別的優美。

好看是真的好看，服務也好，第一天入住送一大堆必備品跟零食。很貼心很豪氣。超美的，十分好出片跟躺着發呆。 缺點就是算是在懸崖邊上，不能walk in到海灘，這點對租摩託車的遊客也是不是什麼大問題。 房間偶有蒼蠅，可能是我陽台門大開的緣故。 包的早餐是選set的，味道十分不錯！ 配套弄了很多活動，主餐廳的活動都很有氛圍。衹是本窮鬼沒錢去享受。 比起峇裏島定的五星級酒店，這邊衹需要7成的價錢但是體驗double了

Amazing resort, location was serene, cleanliness is sooo awesome, service was amazing. Food was good however can be improved. This place was so picturesque, would definitely come again.

냉장고는 거의 작동을 하지않아요 그리고 끔찍한 냄새가 납니다 직원들의 영어는 인도네시아식 발음이라 알아듣기 힘들었네요
