Super schöne Villen nur leider abseits von allem. Wenn ihr ihr was sehen wollt oder Aktivitäten vorhabt, braucht ihr definitiv ein Taxi oder Roller, zu Fuß erreicht man da nichts was nahe liegt. Wer nur seine Ruhe will und abschalten möchte, ist genau richtig!

Great hotel and service. Its a bit remote so theres not much around and the nearest civilization is Senggigi beach which is around 20 mins by car. The beach is shared with the boat guys who have made it dirty, so its not a great beach, but you get easy direct access to the Gili islands by speedboat. If you speak to the boatman directly its around 20% less than through the hotel.

I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

The hotel is awesome. I really liked the private swimming pool in my villa, the outdoor shower and the bed. The breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had). Everything is clean and in good style. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the beach quality is not great.

We were greeted by a wonderful team. The place is serine and clean with huge bathroom. The bed is fantastically comfortable, this includes the extra bed that we have requested for triple sharing. We booked a Duplex with private swimming pool. Breakfast was served in-house or @restaurant. The restaurant is at the hilltop with a beautiful view which adds to the plus point staying here. Will surely return to this resort.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

Nice hotel , got free upgrade , and very delicious breakfast

We stayed at the Kayana for 4 nights ( scheduled for 5, but we decided to leave sonner). Overall it was a very nice experience, from the staff on ground who were helpful, to the food and dining and overall service. BUT: 1. Our stay was cut short due to toxic smoke coming from the resort neighbors. The locals are burning trash everyday since morning to late in the night. Sometimes, if there is wind the smell and smoke is not noticeable, but on windless days it is excruciating- you can’t breathe at all. The smoke enters the villas due to poor ventilation systems and it makes the room at night unbreathable. 2. Although we completely understood that the overall majority of Lombok is muslim and we knew ( and were not bothered at all) by the 5 times loud calls to prayer, in our last night, these prayers started at 8pm and finished at 4 am . We have not slept at all. There is no soundproofing in the villas at all. What we would have expected: a courtesy heads up about this activity. It would have made a huge difference. To inform your guests that discomfort might arise, so they can make an informed decision wether to come or not, or prepare better for assumed discomfort. The most upsetting was the fact that we struggled to breathe, because of the toxic smoke. The staff knew and when we asked what is the smell and smoke they casually said that it is coming from locals and there is nothing they can do. Ok, understandable, but it would have been nice to be notified beforehand and not find out on the ground. Please do inform your guests privately when booking. It is not ok to spring it on on them.

Four wonderful days here made for the perfect post wedding getaway. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attentive service made us feel at home. The delicious food—from refreshing welcome drinks to lavish cuisine and intimate dinners—was a highlight, and even room service arrived fresh and delightful. The private beach, with its serene sunrises and glowing sunsets, offered pure tranquility, while our clean, well-kept private pool became a personal retreat. Easy access with buggy cars made exploring effortless, though walking the peaceful resort paths was just as enchanting.
