If you are desperate. Stay here. The blond lady at the front desk during the day is cheerful and energetic, and helpful as is the tan night staff person. The rest of the staff, unhelpful, rude, lazy, and refuse to speak English. As an advertiser of English and Spanish languages, the staff speak very little English and are unwilling to help those that speak English. On the conditions, with people sleeping in the lobby and in common areas with their luggage. Sharing a bathroom with your “roommates” means 30 people sharing one bathroom or 100 sharing the common bathroom with 3 showers and 2 stalls. The building does not generate enough energy to provide adequate air conditioning in the summer. The pods have ZERO air conditioning. A fan system to get the air from the room into your pod works poorly, leaves you with heat exhaustion at night. POD sleepers leave the door open at night to get cool air. The safety is non existent. There is zero security, the closets are not lockable, anyone can open the left side with a credit card and screw driver due to cheap latches. Anyone can also walk into the hotel into the closets, take anll of your belongings and out again between 10 am and 5 pm. Because the lack of attention at the desk and low staff. At night it is worse, the front desk staff is often resting/sleeping/having personal time during works hours in the rest room next to the front desk with the door closed. This hotel is a joke.We had a horrible experience and we have to book another hotel instead.If you like to be put in a coffin ⚰️ so consider that.

**Vorteile:** - **Freundliches Personal:** Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. - **Gute Lage:** Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. - **Ruhige Umgebung:** Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ruhig, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. - **Saubere Einrichtungen:** Die Küche, die WCs und die Duschen waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. **Nachteile:** - **Begrenzte Zahlungsmöglichkeiten:** Obwohl es Kaffeemaschinen und Snackautomaten gibt, ist es nur möglich, mit Bargeld zu bezahlen. - **Technische Probleme:** In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht. - **Eingangspolitik:** Der Hoteleingang wird abends um 22 Uhr geschlossen, und man muss klingeln, um von einem Mitarbeiter hereingelassen zu werden, was etwas unbequem sein kann. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Lage und freundliches Personal, jedoch gibt es einige kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten.

The bed mattress isn’t great at all and they do ask for our weight to adjust it but pretty much is waste of time. Also the air conditioner inside is not controlled individually so you’re relying on stuff members to do it. And guess what? They didn’t show any signs of interest to do so,shame I’ve paid enough for 3 star hotel to stay in a hostel!!! Never ever again

I have never stayed in a hostel before but I was presently surprised on my first stay. The room was like a spaceship, the walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be for you as you can hear people snore/outside etc. in the room there are numberous pods on two levels with one bathroom. There is a separate bathroom with numberous toilets and showers within. On arrival you are given a bag with towels and remotes/game controller to your pod, you have a locker within the room for your belongings however I kept mine within the pod.

My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many things that need to be fixed. The first night when we arrived, there was a problem with the capsules so we had to wait until they get them fixed. The capsule that I was staying in, the most important things such as plug and safe were broken. Moreover, I had a problem with the locker. In this capsules you can hear EVERYTHING even the most little noises, especially if you sleep in the bottom one and not the top one.The bathroom looks nice but once again the dryer does not work and most of the shampoos are empty. The vending machines require only cash which in my opinion is ridiculous. If the hotel is called “Futurotel” then they need to add the option to pay through different bank cards. Additionally, about the shared bathroom, near the reception, the locks don’t work at all. We tried to play some games but most of them were stuck. The only positive thing was the service. The staff was very kind to us and always there to help us. In general paying 700€ for this is a completely waste of money. I feel very upset because I have never experienced more worse hotel than this one in my life and I would never go back there again.
