Aircond not cold & have cockroaches inside the room……………..

Overall good place to stay. Probably the bathroom light can be a bit brighter. Other than that, all good.

Breakfast not very nice

Good - Room was clean - got complimentary snacks - Enjoyed a nice, hot shower throughout Bad - Only one shower gel was provided for two people during a one-day stay. - Air conditioner was a bit noisy. - Table mirror light wasn't bright enough. Overall, I had a comfortable stay in Hallmark. You get what you pay for.

Convenient, Reception can speak chinese. Overall, the stay was ok

Perfect location for delicious foods just at the hotel nearby. Will probably come back again!

For me it nice comfy to stay with,, food also nice.. location ok... you can walk from the hotel to jonker street but hence it's my first time went in malacca I took grab.. but when I realised can walk actually but the sun ray too much so I haven't walk. Spacious also. With iron you can iron your cloths.. but if you want to watch tv, it's not smart tv.. 😅 but It's OK.. I don't watch. Will stay again there. & it's safe.. although room is not sound prof. But it's OK... if u are in deep sleeping ofcourse u can't hear anything. So I will give 7/10.

Quite good hotel, overall proper, just that the mattress a bit old and can briefly feel the spring

There is smell in the corridor. Carpet looks very dirty and needs to be change.

I really had good experience here. Friendly staff, nice environment and very safe place too
