Great place to stay. nice, comfortable, and always my number one choice when visiting Malacca. The rooms are clean, and the overall experience is pleasant. However, really needs to separate smoking and non-smoking rooms on different floors. The smell of smoke from nearby rooms was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy my stay. It was frustrating to have a nice room ruined by the strong, unpleasant odor.

Staffs we're friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to go anywhere if you are driving or taking a grab. Rooms kept cleaned and neat.

Our room had a very musty smell (carpet+damp furniture). The sheets were not clean, large patches of yellow stains. The toilet bowl had stains which i cleaned myself also. Our aircon was not cold at all in the night so we ended changing to another room which was slightly cleaner. Do note that the Aircon takes a long time to cool the room. The room is big and spacious however. About a 5min car ride to the city centre. The bed is comfortable.

During ours getaway at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka, we were impressed by its excellent location, conveniently close to historic sites and shopping areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, though cleanliness could be improved. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel offers good amenities like a gym and dining options, though some facilities could use enhancements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor areas for improvement.

Very filthy hotel, do avoid. Yellow and brown stains were found all over the bedsheets, walls and door frames were chipped everywhere. AC wasn’t very cold either. Considering the price point at $90 a night, you’re better off paying $10 or $20 more per night to stay at a major chain like Doubletree by Hilton. This was shocking.

Experience and service was good. Room interior decoration was good, spacious (especially the toilet) and cozy. However, there’s not much light. So it’s inconvenience. Food was average. Not much varieties. Been having for breakfast for 4 nights and the breakfast was average. Same food was served. Chef station in charge gone too long and 1 incidence, what we have requested like boiled egg, end up is not boil at all. Only our last day there’s 1 changes. Location was convenient.

枕頭都是一股濃烈的味道，很好奇是洗過了，沒有洗乾淨，還是根本就沒洗。但凡曬點太陽也不至於異味這麼重。衞生嘛，桌子上的頭髮啥的沒清潔過啊。其他來説還好，距離雞場街也比較近，在馬六甲算比較大型的酒店了。
