Hatten was once a very famous hotel in town. Our Staffs are very friendly, from the front counter, to the room service, even the staff manning the main door. We took suite room, so it is quite spacious, however the bathroom door already faulty, so can’t be close. There is a link bridge to the next door mall (almost dead), but you can still grab some food at ground floor or stuff from Mr DIY. Overall, our stay was a decent one.

had a pleasant stay at Hatten Hotel. The location is strategic, right in the heart of town and within walking distance to shopping malls and local attractions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. I also appreciated the covered parking available at the high floor, which made access convenient and secure. Cons: do note that parking fees apply. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure stays.

The breakfast was do amazing j am so glad I bought breakfast when I checked in! The staff are so super friendly! Kudos to all Th receptionist who are always with a bubbly smile and conceive! I will definitely choose Hatten for my next visit in Malacca! 😊

Hotel is walking distance to Jonker Walk and several shopping malls. Room is large and clean. It was a comfortable stay. Will recommend for the convenience and value for money.

The location is perfect, near to the shopping malls and many of the touristy areas like A Famosa, Jonker Street and Dutch Square. The hotel has a nice pool and gym as well.
