I wouldn’t recommend this host. The biggest downside is the lack of dedicated parking — you’ll either have to pay RM6 per entry or valet park for RM20 per day. I later found out from another guest that other properties in the area provide their own parking spots and usually offer at least two access cards, which makes things much more convenient. Here, it seems they only provide one access card, likely for lift access only, while keeping the car park access themselves. The check-in process was unclear and frustrating. There were no clear instructions, and my calls were not answered when I arrived. I had to wait 30 minutes before finally getting a response through a WhatsApp call, and I had already gone to the wrong block by then due to the confusion. Overall, not a smooth experience and definitely not up to standard compared to other hosts in the same area. You can get better hotel for the same price.

it is a residential studio suite managed by external hired host, the room itself is spacious but the wall is a bit rundown. The room amenities are adequate but had issue with the safety pin lock not locking properly and no extra manual lock from the inside, had to use the coffee table to block the door. Otherwise it is comfortable enough for a short stay as couple.
