Had a wonderful stay! The hotel helped my husband make my birthday extra special with a lovely surprise. The bed was soooo comfortable — honestly one of the highlights of the stay! The room was clean and well maintained, the toilet was spotless, and the room service was great. What I loved most was how quiet and private the whole place felt. Perfect for a relaxing stay and a good night’s sleep. Would definitely come back again!

The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room had a nice view. I also really enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the infinity pool, which has a beautiful view and is a great place to relax. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices and good quality food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. The location is also convenient for exploring Melaka, with many attractions and places to eat within a short drive. Although it isn’t directly in the middle of Jonker Street, getting around was still easy. Most importantly, the service really stood out. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Melaka. ❤️

Welcome by cookies, smells good just too sweet. There is a big swimming pool, sauna room and gym room with quite sufficient equipments. Room is big, bed is comfortable, need to be extra careful in toilet, it will be quite slippery after bath, and cold without wearing slippers.

We had a very pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. Everything was good from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was especially nice after a long day out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of choices. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting Melaka.

Location is great and most importantly the room and it bed are comfortable. I have a good sleep after my gym , steambath and sauna detoxification session. Parking is free and Seaviewed.

Good size of room over 40sqm. Nice part of the city. Close to Jonker Street - 10 mins grab

Room was ok but from 11pm until 3am there was constant stomping noise. Room was changed. Manager assured that my next day would be complimentary so let’s see

we had a comfortable stay, the room was big and spacious, except that we found a small cockroach in the room which probably came from between the cracks. anyway that didn’t bother us too much because we spotted and killed it straight away, but they should probably look into it. hotel staff was nice enough to fold a towel swan and even prepared a cake for us in celebration of our honeymoon. they also gave us welcome cookies upon check in which were really delicious! we will be back to stay! thank you for the warm hospitality~
