Dirty room, called so many times but no pick up (terrible service)

清潔方面真的很糟糕 地上頭髮都沒清乾淨 插座附近也有許多灰塵 地上更是油油的 都能看到許多印跡 但好再一次性的洗漱用品紙巾這些都有給 客服方面説實話沒很禮貌 check in時間是3pm 我們要到前提早用whatsapp通知了 到了停車場都遲遲等不到回覆 拿不到取鑰匙的密碼 2:47pm就撥打了電話過去 客服就説system down 也很不屑地説 check in是3pm 還沒到 （一開始是你們自己whatsapp回覆説到了通知你們的 我也衹是問幾時能拿到locker 密碼罷了） 説話很不客氣 最後我們衹問那3pm時一定能拿到密碼嗎？ 然後直接掛我電話 一句話也沒説. Refund deposit也是 説了最遲7個工作日能取回 一直沒收到 要去問了才給回你.

Self check in was a hassle..have to take abt 20-30 minutes. But on floor 28 with a spa bathtub and a clear view to the city - i had a wonderful time!
