Property location is good , food quality not good ,Bad management, very poor service, 😞😞😞.. cable network problem, ac not working properly

very dirty washroom all tab is very bad condition bedsheet is not changed blood dotes on bedsheet not provided towels at room and manager behaviour is rude he out side looks good but inside room very dirt please not book that hotel deepali is very nice and clean staff also good

Intercom was not working and hot water was not available. Room was very cold because it was facing sun. Make my trip has charged rs 3111 while deluxe room was available at 2500. In-spite of concession make my trip has charged more. I am not satisfied with room and make my trip room tarrif.

The hotel room was in bad shape. The tap was choked in the bathroom. Room service was also very slow. I would never stay in this hotel again. I did not clicked images.

We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The floor was not swept/mopped. Soles turned black in a minute. No milk powder-asked for around 10 times but it never arrived. No toothpaste provided even asking numerous times. No hot water, told room service and front desk but issue not fixed- we boiled water in the kettle. We asked for an extra duvet-a dusty blanket was provided leading to allergic rhinitis of both kids. Only positive it was a large room. Btw i forgot we had to use our own bed sheet as we were shocked to find bangles under the sheet, we then used our own sheet. We are a family of 4, only 1 towel was provided.
