Perfect location , they have a bus that is to and from the masjidul haram .

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, as it is next to Aisha Alrajhi Mosque. It is also cheaper if you stay for a longer period. However, I doubt that it deserves a five-star rating. Maintenance does not meet expectations, especially in the bathroom and furniture.

Never again! First floor is disgusting! Staff are not trained for their job. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY EVERYTHING WAS A ZERO

Good very nice

It was very good decision to stay in Park Inn during Eid as others shuttle service drop on middle of the road but park in Shuttle service drop us near the Haram so that we can walk and enter haram without any issue.It takes hardly 15 mints from hotel to reached Haram.

Great thanks to Mr Yasser the receptionist he is a professional really. Also the food was very nice

The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities weren't complete. Since there weren't too many people staying, shuttle bus available only every hour.

Very good hotel and good value for money , clean , only disadvantage is one has to take 2 buses to get to haram.

Comfortable hotel. Near Masjid Al-Rajhi. Location of the hotel is inside the Haram boundary. A lot of amenities nearby including Danube Supermarket. Shuttle to the Haram is on an hourly basis but sometimes a little bit unreliable.

I dont like room much

It’s pretty similar to the other hotels in the complex. It differs as it has a more modernist furniture style; whereas the other local hotels have gone for an older-elegant style. The hotel provides a better service than then Four Point as irons etc are available in room. However, breakfast is more than twice as expensive as the nearby hotels, so I did not eat breakfast in Park Inn.

Overall, we had a good experience, the location is family friendly although it’s a bit far from the Haram but the free shuttle service was available. The bathroom need a bit repairing as the sink was broken, the carpets should be cleaned
