All services is good but when I need towel room boys not give me what we want

Saya memesan kamar sudah termasuk, mendapatkan breakfast namun nyatanya pihak hotel tidak memberikan , dengan alasan tidak ada dalam daftar tamu

Great hotel , a bit of an issue with my reservation as it was cancelled by mistake by the hotel . This was resolved next day. Overall good value and good size room for 2 ppl.

Rot and mould in the rooms and bathroom. A decaying carpet smell in the hallways. Air conditioning doesn't switch off so the room was freezing. Blankets are not warm, and have no inner sheet. There was no cleaning service, and the safe was broken and falling apart. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

أسوأ تجربتي كانت من فندق مكارم البيت. لسوء الحظ، كتبوا 4 نجوم، لكن نجمة واحدة كثيرة جدًا. بعض طوابق الفندق لا تحتوي على إنترنت على الإطلاق، وللاتصال ببلدك، يتعين عليك دفع رسوم باهظة لشراء الإنترنت. إنهم مهينون للغاية ردًا على الانتقادات، وخاصة مدبرة منزل الفندق في 16 ديسمبر 2024. أنا آسف حقًا لأن الفندق الذي حصل على تقييمات جيدة جدًا قبل 6 سنوات أصبح الآن أسوأ فندق. النظافة أيضا فظيعة. لقد مر 18 ديسمبر منذ 3 أيام، والأطباق موضوعة على الأرض أمام باب المصعد في الطابق الرابع عشر.

Dirty and unpleasant hotel I strongly advice everyone against booking this hotel. It was very dirty in the room and no service at all. When we checked in they also didn't accept payments with visa card. The room card stopped working several times so we had to go downstairs to get it renewed. We had to take the stairway a couple of times as well due to elevator not coming. 0/10 mostly because of the dirty rooms.

Average You get what you pay for. The hotel is just about avertage and nothing more to it. Best advantages was that it is close by to some restaraunts, including the local bus stop. There were no tissues in the room, had to request towels and slippers.

Nice hotel a little outdated. It was far from the Mosque. They do have a free public transportation service The area around the hotel was so so. Didn't feel like you could walk around and explore

Worst place to stay in makkah. they are not honest people, I paid 8 nights after 2 nights they kicked me out because of the minster of tourism and they never gave my money back .😡😡.

So and so ! Not the best and not too bad

No good service , shower was not at all working….
