I informed the hotel via message that I would be arriving late. None of the phones are working, and no one is answering. I arrived at the hotel at 12 AM and was made to wait for 2 hours due to the incompetent and clueless hotel staff. Additionally, the receptionist said they didn’t speak English and mocked me in a very rude manner. I was ashamed in front of my family. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Four of my children were so exhausted they had crying fits. I came to Turkey with my guests and we were humiliated. Only after two hours were the rooms finally arranged. They took our passports and didn’t even complete the registration process. I can’t understand such disorganization and disgrace. I couldn’t reach anyone at either trip.com or the hotel. I had no choice but to accept the rooms, and we barely managed to settle in. What will be done about my distress? I had planned to do Umrah early in the morning and then head to Medina, but now it’s 2:30 AM, and I’m writing this message. Furthermore, when I arrived at the hotel with my car, they also made an issue of the parking. They said the parking lot was completely full, even though there was available space right in front of the hotel. They didn’t allow me to park there and the hotel staff shouted at me. I had to park my car in an unsafe area far from the hotel. I will pursue my rights to the fullest and will make sure this message reaches as many places as possible. I will also pursue legal action to claim my rights.
