Hotel was great only 5mins walk to Haram. Booked room on Partially Haram. Breakfast can be better coz everyday same menu.

Service and housekeeping was excellent, check-in was fast. Walking distance to Masjidil Haram and there is shuttle service provided as well.

Very good

I came quite early but they did not let me wait and gave me a suite instead of standard room which is thank them for that . The staff are helpful and very friendly . I ordered kabsa lamb and it was okay not recommending it though .

酒店的位置很方便要到禁廟步行不超過10分鐘，因我入住的時間是接近朝覲的日子，所以很多人，但是可以近距離見到很多人進入天房，氣氛十分之好。酒店的所有服務員都很熱心，亦能解答我所有問題，因此我們兩個也能順利在天房裏轉圈。

Very near to haram, I enjoyed the stay Walking experience will be against upside slope in the return from haram, maybe not suitable for old or disabled peopl

الفندق نظيفة والخدمة لديهم سريعة وممتازة لكن لا يوجد هناك عزل بين الغرف لذا الغرف الذي بجانبك انواع الازعاج كذلك الباص قد يتاخر إلى ١٠ دقايق

So beautiful and had best experiences to stay overall. From reception to check on if I need any help etc and breakfast was world class. highly impressed and best value of money well done 👏

Hotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc. Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves. WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code. I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels. Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.
