Our favourite place to stay in Makkah - cannot fault the establishment in their services. Special thanks to Fahad (who assists with room services) who looked after us very well

Best hotel in Makkah

The raffles hotel in other locations is of a much higher standard. The suite that we were staying in Makkah was tired and needs refurbished. The bathroom tiles, flooring and shower need to refurbished and need replaced. Walls could do with freshening up as they are marked in many places. Better dusting could be done around the suite- dust was on the skirting boards, lamps etc. The curtains were as though they have never been washed and are stained/marked. We reported issue with the noise of the bathroom fan in the toilet area, however this was not addressed. For the high price we paid we expect the suite to be in a much better condition. My husband and I were annoyed that the suite did not live up to the raffles in other countries we visited.

Raffles is always the best hotel, everything is perfect, special thanks to Hafez and Asheq from housekeeping and Osama from butler service, they made my stay comfortable and memorable, again thank you very much, see you soon inshaallah..

Je tiens à exprimer toute ma gratitude envers l’hôtel Raffles pour un séjour absolument parfait. Tout était irréprochable, de l’arrivée au départ. Les chambres étaient d’une propreté exemplaire, spacieuses et magnifiquement décorées. Le petit déjeuner était un véritable festin, offrant une variété impressionnante de plats de grande qualité. Un détail particulièrement remarquable est l’attention portée aux conditions de prière. La mosquée au sein de l’hôtel, avec une vue imprenable sur la Kaaba, est un véritable bijou qui offre une expérience spirituelle inoubliable. Le service était tout simplement impeccable. Chaque membre du personnel était courtois, professionnel et prêt à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Monsieur Abdullah, qui a fait preuve d’une écoute attentive et d’une disponibilité sans faille tout au long de notre séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe du Raffles pour votre dévouement et pour nous avoir offert un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et j’espère y revenir très bientôt.
