Phone was not working well in the room, and I have to ask for things several times and wait long to get them..Other than that hotel is fine..Their bus stop next to Haram is very confusing as we had to search for and never found so we had to grab a taxi to get back to the hotel after a very long walk

We booked this hotel as a 4-star hotel and also Mercure series of hotels should be world-renowned brand. Unfortunately, this one was not up to standards and also can’t be a member of Accor. The bathroom wasn’t clean, no enough numbers of towels and staff refused to give us extra towels. We couldn’t add our stay to ALL app as a member.

Busiest time of the year, but they they looked after we’ll, the only issue I had they never answer call at reception or room service, I have to go downstairs every single time if I need anything but still I recommend this place because of the area, nice food places and shops and mosques just a step away.👍

I stayed for a night, it took 1 hour to reach from jed airport to makkah, they kept our baggages and told us to check in after 3pm. from hotel I took a taxi to masjid al haram. Taxi took 15 minutes and costed around 45 riyals. We didnt wait for shuttle as it would delay our umrah journey. We existed masjid after isha taraweeh prayers by 10:30 pm , there are buses available from masjid al haram then they will drop you to le meridian hotel area. From there we took a taxi back to our hotel. Room was 5/5 Just was surprised they didn't have tissue roll at the washroom and no toothpaste. Other than that everything was above average. Good for a one night stay
