The place is clean. Sraff are friendly. Will definitely book again

Location is ok, near enough to multiple restaurants. No toothbrush set, slippers, electric kettle. Staff ok.

Good value for money, some rooms are noisy.

Accommodation is good for its price. It was accessible as well. It is just lacking of amenities. But it was good overall.

我們有提早好幾個月前就訂房＇ 以為可以像圖片一樣大間＇ 但入住房間時並不大＇ 勉強吧＇ 飯店最重要是基本要有床頭櫃＇要有平台可放大行李＇ 可置物＇ 如果行李攤地上不就走路要跨來跨去＇ 蹲上＇蹲下整理很不方便＇ 偏偏很多飯店都是空間節省到這種地步？建議以後要重蓋新飯店時＇ 基本的床頭櫃丶基本的大平台都要有＇其他衞生問題還不錯＇燈光較暗＇水電還好、服務也0 K. 剛好位於十字路口喇叭聲較吵＇ 可戴耳塞解決＇另＇ 機場到飯店的計程車費好貴＇ 離譜的坑法＇明明已經談好價錢＇ 結果下車時被坑了六倍之多＇ 相當離譜！ 下次還是會選擇HOP inn 入住' 只是會注意交通費問題°

I recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel Makati Avenue, and it exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel provides a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for rest. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly—ideal for escaping the tropical heat. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and hot water always available. What stood out most was the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They were incredibly accommodating and quick to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Though the hotel doesn’t offer dining facilities, there are plenty of nearby options to explore. The complimentary parking and reliable Wi-Fi were great bonuses. Overall, Hop Inn Makati Avenue offers excellent value for money, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Makati!

Great staff, good location but I suggest get the back rooms to avoid road noise. Big clean rooms with good pressured hot showers. Great restaurants very close to the hotel.

We are always going here, we love the stay and we would like to comeback!!!

The floor is dirty and sticky. I can’t ever remove my shoes to walk on the floor.The bedsheet is yellowish. I just stay for one night , have to catch a flight the next day morning.

Not electric kettle no mini bar

Location was in the middle of the busiest streets.. within walking distance to a 711 and laundromat.. you could also walk to ayala malls and other attractions.
