Ramada Encore Makati arvostelua

I stayed at Ramada Encore Makati and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is very strategic—perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to various parts of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Manila!

Останавливались на 1 ночь, перед вылетом. В Маниле 3 раз. Чтобы переночевать - норм, приятно удивил деревянный пол, но чуть влажновато было в номере. Завтрак скромный, нам почти ничего не приглянулось. По цене-качество соответствует. Скорее всего в следующий раз поищу другой отель, для разнообразия.

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly, my room was spacious but some lights didn’t work and a few doors hiding the safe and fridge were ready to come apart , no pool but outside area in the roof is ok , foyer has the amenities but not cafe , apart from that everything is good

Bad hotel, kept knocking my door because they told me I was smoking. And then, fine was 10,000 pesos then down to 5,000 secretly. So what is the rule? They kept calling from reception. Everyone can hear when inside the room. No privacy! Customer service is terrible, location is far everything is bad.

Booking stated 2 queen bed, got 2 double bed instead Managed to change on request Booked for 4pax but only 2 towels provided, requested for another 2 towels on the next day but only 1 was given. Aircond was blocked by plastered ceiling which is quite bad. Bfast option is good.

best for those who need a big room for a big luggage and they have a really big car park area as well and lastly the location is really near to all lot tourist spot

the hotel room should be more well lighted; air conditioning is not cool

Admittedly, I booked the hotel seeing the Ramada name, which we have here in Thailand and generally are good hotels. While our stay certainly wasn't bad, it wasn't quite what I was expecting from a Ramada. The hotel furniture and decor was quite dated and there was a strange smell about the place. The walls were thin and guests in other rooms could be heard. I was however happy with the service I received: check in and out was simple and the staff were polite and courteous.

The location is quite okay. But the room is not maintained. Some lights are busted making it dark inside the room. The toilet is dirty. Every night whenever I come back to the hotel I would see cockroach in the bathroom. Even the windows are dirty as well. The check in process is a bit hassle even though I arrive early and they ask me to sign the paper works. And I decided to come back at 4PM. Maybe the staff on that day do not value the time of their guest. I would not recommend this hotel, you can definitely get a better hotel and service for this price. Not worth it.
