As I have checked, your original booking is for our Standard no view room which has literally no view for the view is blocked by the neighboring hotel. With this, we have given you a free upgrade to our Executive room with a view though with a walk in shower for a more comfortable stay. I also believe it was explained upon check in. I will take note on your profile that if you have future bookings with us, we will retain your original booking.Also, for the mineral water we have a complimentary bottomless water that you can get in the dispenser located in front of the elevator.
