Resté très peu de temps entre deux avions . Chambre petite . Accueil parfait.  Proche de l’aéroport international. Un peu bruyant.

Very good overall… staff is really professional which make this place special, they are always aware and answer questions before you ask them… I would come back for the staff and service that is excelent. We used the family room… which is not very big but good enough. We are a family of 4, a five month baby and a 12 yo girl.  I am 6.3 (1.92m) the bed were very small my feet didnt fit in the bed and sharing with my wife and the baby was a challenge (only 1.30 m to 1.40 m wide).  To make it better maybe propose queen size bed at least one out of 2.  But once again big appreciation for the staff!!! Lovely all of them!

Reception was exceptionally fantastic..wish I had asked the name of the pleasant gal who checked me in and out. Shout out to her for having the time for a nice conversation. Room was fine for the price. Had toiletries and coffee maker. Kept me happy. Only "negative" is not having any restaurants nearby...not exactly in a hotel row area with dining places. Closest is cash n carry mall about a 10 min walk. 7-eleven is a bit closer. For short visits this is a place I will return to if in the area.

The service was excellent, staff is super nice, and understanding, going ot of their way to help. The location is ok, not too far from the places a tourist might want to go (Mall of Asia, Roxas Blvd, Intramuros). There's a mall with shops and restaurants in a walking distance, and a 7Eleven. The hotel has a laundry service, that was quick, affordable, and convenient (170 pesos for 1 kg of clothes). The room, even though old, was in pristine cleanliness state. The amenities in my room were kinda bad though. ALL of the plumbing had issues, literally all of the faucets were leaking, breaking, and making weird noises. The AC unit is extremely old and loud, and as it is located right above the bed, you would have to choose: sleep in quietness, or sleep without burning up. The phone in the room didn't work, so I had to come down to the reception any time I had a question. There is no sound isolation of any sort, and anything done or said in a hallway can be easily heard inside a room behind a closed door. The bed didn't have any kind of a blanket, just a thin cover, which is understandable as it's usually hot in Manila, but I was struggling without one anyway.
