Jade Hotel and Suites arvostelua

Everything is good from room to amenities to their service. Staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The only problem would be the aircon noise on our unit during our stay but i believe this is fixable

Great hotel for the price! The staff are all amazing and provide great and honest service. The breakfast buffet is nice and the swimming pool with the city view on the rooftop is breathtaking. Would definitely return again for a stay in the near future.

The staff assigned in the front desk was not accomodating, they leave the front desk unattended for so long that when I tried to call I need to wait for about more 5 minutes before they answered my call. You cannot just request anytime for housekeeping. They require about 2,000 deposit before checking in. The bed is small.

Go-to lodging in Makati I’ve stayed at Jade Hotel a couple times now because of their comfortable accommodations, reasonable affordability, friendly service, and convenient location near various essentials. Looking forward to staying with them again for my next visit to Manila.

Nice room ! Extra cost if you need more towels, looks like swimming pool is open to public, not only for register guests,

when you book in Facebook this hotel you will pay 4500 pesos more as in there website what they have because there payment systeem don't aspect only some bank cards and when you don't have you can book only in Facebook or or other place. also you wait very long to get a message back every time. this hotel is for me done i don't like cheating .

Average. I stayed here because my brother lives so close from the hotel. The hotel also is close to Shopwise, fastfood chains, and all. Convenient.

Very nice and clean. Not the best area, but certainly not the worst.

The Jade is 0nly 10 years old and is in great shape and has a pleasant atmosphere and has a nice friendly staff at your service 24/7. We ended up staying 4 days and will be back one day.
