アメニティがあったりなかったり、毎日サービスにムラがありすぎ&ホームページに記載されてた内容と違っていた。ビジネス滞在なのであまり気にしなかったが、リゾート滞在なら嫌かも。

i loved the proximity of the place and all staff were very nice!

Good location

Accesible and clean. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. We have a great stay. Happy with the experience.

This hotel is small but in a great location. Not great water pressure in the showers and the water doesn’t get hot. The breakfast was just okay.

Everything is ok until they charge me Php 200 for breaking a very old used toiletry glass in the toilet. So won't be back again.

全体的に建物は少し古い感じはありますが、徒歩圏内に食べるところや、スーパーもあってとても便利です。 スタッフの方の対応も良かったので、ビジネスなど短期滞在にはおすすめです。

had to request replacement of water heater because the ones initially installed is not properly working :( But they got it fixed

Always a treat staying at the Crown Regency Hotel Makati. Just do not expect too much though because you are simply getting what you have paid for. For me, the hotel’s location is the biggest factor in choosing it.

Stayed overnight at this hotel for a shopping trip at Glorietta/SM Makati/Landmark and the location is exceptional as it's just a few steps away from these malls (no taxi or Grab required) and an easy stroll of less than 5 minutes. Hotel amenities and furnishings do need an upgrade though, as they have seen better days even as they appear carefully-maintained. Front desk was very friendly and went the extra mile to provide my water when housekeeping was a bit slow in coming. A bit of dust in the room as I arrived and had to call facilities as there was a lone roach hiding in the shower curtain over the tub. They were quick to come and get rid of it. Got this room with a Trip.com deal but honestly would not have done so at published website rate.
