Pros: The unit has a great location and the room itself has a wonderful city view. There are necessary appliances as well such as rice cooker, ref, microwave over, utensils, kettle, etc. There’s netflix where you could binge watch. Cons: We stayed for two nights and had a bad experience in this unit. When we arrived (already night), there was no water supply as it was disconnected due to unpaid bill (as per concierge). We contacted the assigned personnel but did not respond immediately, she/he replied the next day. So we decided to just buy gallons of mineral water to use for the mean time as we still need to go to work in the morning, which is an unexpected additional expense and a stressful event for us because it was already late and needed to go down from 42nd floor and buy water which is kind of heavy (2 10 gallons 😩). Though the supply was reconnected on the second night, this does not change the fact that it was supposed to be a worry-free stay but turned out a stressful one. There were also some small cockroaches in the unit especially in the CR and the bedroom is so dusty, so I suggest to have a air purifier in the unit.
