還比較滿意，價格合理，而且地理位置很方便，附近就有商超和便利店。樓下也有保安24小時執勤，安全性有保障

房間很舒服 感覺風水很好。非常推薦！ 如果最後一天飛的晚要注意沒法寄存行李。其他都很完美！

It was nice, the owner is very nice! they allowed us to check-in early. Easy to communicate🥰🥰🥰

This apartment had the single most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. You could feel every spring poking into your back—it was genuinely painful. I messaged the host around 10:30 PM to mention the issue, and instead of offering a real solution, someone showed up at 11:15 PM, aggressively knocking on the door and waking us up. When I answered, the person handed over a bag filled with five thin bed linens—no comforter or mattress topper, just sheets—to lay on top of the mattress. As you can imagine, this did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Even worse, the linens were stained, and I had no way of knowing whether they were actually clean. Being woken up late at night and offered such an inadequate “solution” made this stay really frustrating. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values a good night’s sleep or basic hospitality.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had a bed with unknown stains and a horrible smell coming from the toilet, making it impossible to stay comfortably. We immediately reported the issue to customer service, and they told us they would follow up with an email within the hour. It’s now been two days, and we still haven’t received any response. Due to their lack of communication and action, we were forced to book another hotel room down the street at our own expense. Completely unacceptable and disappointing service.

I stayed at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences with my friends. The unit was quite clean, and the location was convenient, which made getting around the city manageable. However, the service was disappointing — responses were slow and staff weren’t very helpful. The worst part was the amenities. Most of the promised facilities were either unavailable or not working properly, which really affected our overall experience. For the price, I expected more. Hopefully, they improve these issues for future guests.

We had a great experience staying in this 1-bedroom unit. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. They also have basic cooking materials. The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to several malls, making it easy to shop, dine, or just unwind without having to travel far. But the highlight for me was definitely the view of Makati CBD — it’s absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights come to life. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the city!

nice and clean condo unit with a great view! the bed was soft, but the A/C doesn’t point to the bed so I didn’t feel cold. not a major issue tho, i just have bad heat intolerance 😂
